I only got to the gym twice this week.
I don't know what the fuck is going on with me.
:(
Even my circuits were lacking. I attempted free weights and failed miserably at mastering my form. Next week I have to amp it up to make up for this week's fuckery.
My half-assed attempt at strenthening my quads.
Progress
I really need to reduce my caloric intake these next few months. I've been eating at a much less of a deficit and, in turn, have not seen the scale budge.
I've tweaked my macros ; this should make a significant difference.
I'd like to reduce my body fat by about ~ 10 %. We'll see how these next few months pan out.

Yowsa
Well a healthy Calorie intake for most women is about 1500 along with exercise every or every other day. Tis how my lady is shedding the weight.
You have a great figure :)
Do an all juice diet/cleanse... and by that I mean get a juice and throw celery, spinach, apples, etc all in it. Good for the body and good for the scale.
Ditto what Morri said.
DO NOT STARVE.
UGGGGGGGGG DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!!!!!!!
If anything cut back sugars and increase carbs through veggies or juicing. Keep protien UP as you NEED it and FAT to make your amino acids.
Amino Acids= MUSCLE REPAIR: which translates into healthier muscle, which will LONG TERM increase metabolism. You are at a GAIN phase, you are building more lean muscle mass, this means the scale will NOT go down until you have enough mass to increase your metabolism. Trust me, DO NOT WATCH NUMBERS!
Watch the changes in that waist, watch the body transition...
DO NOT WATCH NUMBERS- they lie about the true story.
You are doing awesome. YOU NEED RECOVERY to repair what the minor tears that work outs cause, it is OK to have "down weeks" for this reason. I could write you a book.
Keep going, you are doing well. Do NOT get impatient. You are changing your body, which is a chemical and physical thing. It is complex and truthfully takes YEARS to "finish" although over that time your focus will change and alter so it is always an on going thing. You are changing your way of LIVING. :)
Whoa. Very nice.

It usually gets more productive once the phone is left in the gym bag... just saying.

How am I supposed to text during sets, if I do that?
