Clear your mind and say the folllowing three times:



"Rivers must flow,

be pure and crystaline

But red rivers must not.

They must be trapped inside my being.

This rever so red,

must be stopped with a golden net.

Stop the now; stop this bleed."

You will need:

1 glass jar

Sharp objects that fit in the jar (nails, screws, broken glass, etc.)

1 red taper candle

High John the Conquer Oil

1 working candle



Light the red candle with your working candle. Place the sharp objects in your jar as you say:



"Oh spirit of iron,

Spirit of metal.

Ground out negativity directed at me,

and return it to the sender times three."



Spit in it and seal it with the wax from the red candle. Bury outside your home but within your property.



THIS MUST BE DONE ON THE NEW MOON!!!!!

You will need:

1 red candle

Patchouly oil

salt (for casting circle)



Annoint the candle with patchouly oil from top to bottom. Light the candle while chanting:



"Goddess of the moon i seek thy power,

help me now in my needful hour,

by the silvery light of the waning moon,

my body's girth is decreasing soon.

As the moon wanes this night,

so does my body till its right.

Empower me Goddes with all your might,

that the outcome is mine on this very night!"



Give thanks, then uncast your circle letting the red candle burn down all the way.



MUST BE DONE ON A WANING MOON!!!!!!!!!!!
