So normally I don't work early mornings but yesterday was one of those unfortunate times. The day starts off well with random guy feeling the need to cuss me out and tell me I have an attitude problem before I'm actually on the clock working. Well newsflash dude, as long as I'm not on the clock I'm not putting up with any of your crap. A short time later once its time for me to actually clock in my immediate supervisor tells me that if freight, or whatever else, gets left in carts again I would be getting written up. He then proceeds to explain that higher management has threatened to write him up over it and that somehow it isn't fair if he gets a write up over what he claims he didn't do and that if he got in trouble he's taking it out on all of us. Keep in mind this is the same guy who has everyone else do his crap for him because he's either lazy or incompetent, probably both. I just got back from 9 days on vacation and apparently I'm talented enough to do things when I haven't even been there. Later that day I was talking to the manager in the next dept over and explained what he said, as it turns out he was in fact the one leaving everything a mess every morning and was trying to blame everyone else for it.
If you can't take responsibility for your own actions please refrain from taking a job in management as the rest of us are not going to put up with your crap.
Today while on vacation in our lovely mountains I saw something absolutely infuriating. There was a momma bear with cubs not far from the side of the road and a family thought it was a good idea to get out of the car, run over to the edge and start throwing things at the bear cubs. First, what parent would ever endanger their children by taking them toward a wild animal. Second, what parent would encourage their children to throw rocks at bear cubs knowing that momma bear will defend her babies? I mean is this not considered child endangerment? Seriously, for all of the adults who think it is ok to approach a wild animal in its natural environment you shouldn't be surprised if it feels the need to defend itself or it's young.

When a animal attacks a human they are shot for protecting their young . Too bad people can't be shot for harming a animal . These people should be locked away in their own home and deal with each other's stupidity and lack of respect for wild life.
I hope the mama bear eats all of them
Yes, unfortunately they put them down if they start to approach humans even though they won't unless provoked. Out of all my years hiking, camping, and just enjoying nature I have never had an encounter with an aggressive bear. The difference is that I always keep my space. Only a couple months ago in the same area a female and her cubs were killed because they got used to being fed from tourist cabins.
Damn double standards. People are cruel without recourse.
