Totally. Happens to me every time I listen to Pink Floyd, The Wall. My old cassette version which was dubbed from the vinyl LP had a strange "warped" sound in the middle of Nobody Home - and I listened to that cassette so many times in the old walkman, I still expect to hear that little warped part when I hear that song...

I usually get to a part in the song where I expect the sound to become distorted, because the taped version had stretched having listened to it so much. ;p
