This morning while dressing for work. I decided to feed my lust for suits by wearing a sleek black pants and jacket with a red shirt under.

my dear brother asks.

"why do you dress up to go to work"

I replied

"well i like wearing suits"

then he made the statement that pierced my heart by saying

"Dude, i thought you were going to grow up to be a freak or somthing" f

freak refering to goths etc...

I took offence to that because

1. my goth friends are ecentric like me but no freak.

2. why shall my cloth matter i mean just because I am goth and like suit is there a problem.

I never expected such harsh words from my own brother, but it has me wondering should i have spiked my hair get a few piercing or two and show that i am just as my friends. I mean the only difference between them and I is that i choose to wear suits etc....
