Whatever the problem is, it's getting super annoying. Using different browsers doesn't seem to help, either. Perhaps the site is dying.

I do like the fact that when a friend is removed you no longer see any info or posts from the person. I guess there are things to like and dislike about that site.

You can hide posts from your news feed as well as from certain people.

Is a very strange site. Why does everything have to be connected? Damn, every time someone posts something they like it shows up on your page. Don't people have anything better to do than post images from the net every two seconds? I no longer "like" a lot of things. Damn, they load your page up with shit loads of lame images. The site isn't the easiest to navigate, either. To see anything you have to add people, when you add people you see more shit than you want to. If I can't find a way to limit the content that floods my page every day, I'm outta there.

You can limit stuff and what people post... if you are talking about fb. I had to cut a ton of people as I did not need to know every time they flushed the toilet etc... You will find your balance.

When you add a person, goto there page and towards the top of there page where you see 'friends's' is checked, there is a arrow next to that, on the list, 'turn on updates is checked... uncheck that. and the posts on your news feed won't happen. :)

I don't care of Facebook. I check it out a few times a year, mainly to catch up with relatives, and for the animal rights causes.

Most of the people I know there are becoming old farts, who constantly brag about their kids/grandkids, money, house, etc. I'm not jealous...it's just that they seem so 'vacant'. I don't really have anything in common with many of them anymore.

I do that a lot, then I come back to the tablet hours later and I guess I've shown up as logged in the entire time. You know, on my non lurking accounts.

It also happens when I am on tumblr and here and I forget about one or the other.

Style sheets, that is. I think I'm still going to take some classes for it. The book I have is just the basics and after seeing what I can do with just the basic stuff, I wanna know more! At first I only wanted to be able to write up a better profile layout without having someone else do it for me or having to use software to write it. Now I want to do something with it besides designing a better profile (which I need to get started on). It's interesting.

I don't know what to think when I see members posting to threads in the love me please section of the main forum that are the threads of their own alternate accounts. "Got you!" "added you!" "Thank you!"

It's really not what it used to be. When I joined all we cared was to debate and chill out, no one cared from where you are, how you looked and stuff like that. Now it's full of investigators because they know if you're real or not. Scary thought it is, having someone stalking us and investigating our stuff.
