People book him he says and then cancel when they see he's black I don't know about the name if they think he is a female, didn't mention that. A friend in FB. This type of cancellation happened to him in I think it was Tennessee. Such a shame.
I have been trying for awhile to find out why so many use the word Anunnaki which is actually Akkadian more often than the Sumerian word Anunna. Finally I ran across the answer. Sometimes its really difficult to find out these things.
I don't believe much Sitchin had to say at all because he has been proven not to be a language scholar in these languages so I don't know how he did his translations and a few other things I don't agree with. My opinion is they were amphibious and not reptilian. Water seemed to be very important to them. This is just an opinion of course.
Anyway I found this:
The Semitic group we call the Akkadians moved into southern Mesopotamia during the early part of the third millennium and gained political control of this area which appears to have been under the control of people who spoke Sumerian, a non-Semitic language. Additionally, the Akkadian language eventually became the official language of Mesopotamia, and, in the second millennium, it became the official international language of correspondence in the entire Near East. Sumerian, on the other hand, was relegated to an elite, scholarly language. It is easy to try to identify cultural tensions between these two groups of people, especially considering the fact that they consisted of what we would call different ethnic groups. However, there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever of any cultural tensions that can be ascribed to differing ethnic or racial identities.
But how can we trust these translation that have sense only when letting a particle out of the analysis? These translations would be acceptable if we ONLY had the form Anunna, which is actually the most used. In the Sumerian period in fact we have always Anunna or Anunna Gods occurring. It is in Akkadian times that we find the use of Anunnaki.
What is made for sure, in the term Anunnaki, is that the particle AN means ‘Sky/Heaven’, and the particle KI means ‘Land/Earth’, so the meaning of the name is something in relation with both heaven and earth. In my opinion the Sumerian term Anunna describes the ‘gods of heaven’, and the Akkadian term Anunnaki describes the act of these ‘gods of heaven coming on the land

One thing that blew me away actually today, is I found out they had a Council of Twelve and I have a Council of Twelve in my books. I keep finding these kawinkydinks concerning them that I never knew when I started to write. I just wrote things and this is not exactly specific to my stories but I have it and they are in them sort of...not saying :)

That was interesting. I had no idea that they found so many 'vampires' in Bulgaria. I understand the funerary practices, but for some to jump to the conclusion that they were vampires is a stretch.
Then again, religious practices and superstition make us do all we can to protect ourselves...lol
