I think I am getting sick. My right side hurts alot now. It will quit then it will hurt so bad I want to fall over and cry. I don't want to go to the doctor due to the fact that I have no insurance, and I don't want to worry my Joshie.

Its been hurting about a week now and the pain is starting to move to my back and spine. I have woke up really sick to my stomach the last few days..and dizzy. I'm not pregnant...and I'm actually scared more by that...what could be causing me this much pain?

I can't go to my mom..even if i get a headache i get accused of drugs or being pregnant...*sigh*
