...Predictably, global climate change is not on the mainstream radar.

The energy lobby ad money would be jeopardized otherwise.



There is supposedly oil under the arctic. The oil companies have something to gain. However, haven't we had enough of the gas prices? The lung cancer? The smog?



Do we really want the same old, same old to continue?



...And fracking, the pumping of dangerous chemicals into the ground water, freeing up gas so it rises to the surface.

Yes. That's how you help the environment, convert the non-renewable fresh water into poison.



...And yet wind power, solar and all renewable safe alternatives go ignored.



Obama broke is promise on all of it. He proved he's another slave of the oil barons.



...Can corruption really be more to blame, then the passive complacence of the ignorant citizenry who forgot their role in a democracy?



Can a democracy really exist when the third vital check and balance is to moronic to check and balance the other branches?



...Well either way, the tree of democracy is wilting. It's air of smog is suffocating all who dwell in it and in a sea of apathy, we shall drown.

The Entire World Inside My Microwave

Around the year 2001, the human species unwittingly decided to move into a microwave. Just one giant dome.

...And every six months, the industrial governments set the thermostat, that much higher.



I heard that last year, the country of KFC had finally started sizzling.

...The country of *OMFGIt'sFuckingHot*had requested immediate assistance from the other nations.



...And all the world's radiation was moved to Japan. Russia is still in the process of transferring theirs.



...But the most startling revelation is that no country has plans to ever move out of the microwave; much less unplug it.



It's convenient to have your popcorn pop outside, but leukemia every other Sunday is where I draw the line.
