bout thirty years ago, one person had to be slim enuff and stoopid enough to go over the top of a cubicle toilet and do two dead lifts, to aid someone who had grand mal, for over seven minutes.
hence my backache.

i had to do that for a friend of mine. we were sneaking a smoke in the girls bathroom. i was talking to her one minute, she stopped talking. she was having a petite mall seizure. i knew where she kept her smelling salts in her purse. so i had to squeeze under the stall to get to her and break it under her nose. but thats when i was 90 pounds.. high school at the time. but it can happen. scraped my arms good. but you were there to help. and thats worth it. you saved them. thats always a good thing.

“Thanks Fi… define ‘fun.’” Sam responded, getting out of the car.

Mike had come down to watch the first episode of ‘Warehouse 13’ series two with me on Tuesday, not knowing I had ‘Haven’ as well, which I had been after seeing for quite awhile.
As we had enjoyed ‘Warehouse 13’ as much as we had, that had been the first thing that went on. And, it had been just as enjoyable as I’d wanted it to be.
Then it had been time for ‘Haven’ and it’s deconstruction. I had been intrigued to watch the show, as Karl had sold it to me as a supernatural ‘Eureka’, I wanted to see it.
The principle character in the similar role to Sheriff Carter reminded me of Olivia in ‘Fringe’, a blonde female FBI agent, wit a bald-headed handler, with sardonic humour.
And, that had set the scene as it were, for the rest of the characters in ‘Haven’, with each having a parallel to a character in ‘Eureka’.
Yet that said, although the show is a clone of ‘Eureka’, it has style, substance and gloss, besides having good characters. All in all, it was a good start to a series.

ive watched Eureka. its a funny and quirky show.. appeals to me..
Having read the comics, doesn't the plot of the films 'Losers', 'The Expendables' and 'The A-Team' seem rather similar. ['Losers' is good.]
