Visualization technique of the astral scissors



1.) Get into focus....begin with starting relaxation technique you are used to.

2.) Close your eyes and go into astral form



3.)Reach out with your mind and visualize your astral cord in your hands



4.) Now imagine a pair of scissors forms out of the cord....imagine it forming out of the silver cord.....see the loops and the sharp edges form......



5.) Now....stick your fingers in the scissor holes and feel the "sniping" of the blades and see the motion of them
