Talking about my cancer and someone mentioned I should just wish it away.

Me: I can not wish my cancer away

Me: I failed at that

Im really sorry to hear this...I had not seen you mention it,and it really caught me by suprise.Have you though of sound therapy or anything?I know it sounds weird,but..anything,unless its dangerous might be worth a try.
