I tried to make a doctors appointment earlier.. I told that I had went to the ER and that they only treated me for nausea and ignored everything else I had said.. I told them everything I have been taking and the nurse asked the bright question.. So you haven't tried taking your temperature without taking anything..? No.. I'm trying to take something to get better.. Why would I just let the pain get worse..?
The nurse then went on to suggest going back to the ER and telling them the same thing that I told them the other day and find out their results so that I can make a regular doctors appointment even though the ER told me to make a regular doctors appointment so that I can find out what's wrong with me.. Can anyone see why I feel like I'm going around in circles or is it just me..?
The other night I went to the ER cause of abdominal pains.. nausea.. lower back pains.. chest pain and a headache that I have had for going over 2 months.. I spent 3 hours there just to be treated for nausea and when I asked what I should do about my headache they told me to take something that I had already told them doesn't work..
It's now been a couple of day and as far as how I'm feeling goes.. My chest feels like someone dropped a ten pound weight on it.. my lower back still hurts and my head feels like someone is repeatedly hitting it with a sledge hammer on both sides.. With that said.. I hate hospitals..

hope you feel better soon
So sorry to hear Murder. Hope you feel better soon.
Unless you have the best health insurance available, hospitals tend to not give a crap about those who have none. (I am one of those people too!) It saddens me that our society is like this.
Sorry to here that Murder!
I hope you get better soon!
Sometimes, I think that if you're not dying, ER doctors treat you as if you're just whining. That's bullshit! EVERYONE is entitled to the absolute best care available. Even if it's just a minor headache.
I hope you get better soon and get the best care Murder.

Yes, I can certainly see why. It makes no sense to me either. I really hope that you can get the medical care you need Murder.

Don't tell me....you went to the MediMerge on route 22 in Greenbrook, right? (shakes head)
It took me 3 visits of having nausea, vertigo and headaches for them to finally tell me i had a sinus infection with an inner ear infection.
AND it only took them three tries!
(hugs)
i hope you're better soon, hon...

ahahahahaha....oh! excuse my laughter. i laugh not because you're in pain, but because it's ridiculous what doctors do these days. even the simplest things turn into a business transaction. they just want your cash for something you could've figured out on your own. i'm going to change that when i become dictator of the world :)
