Equip:chalice of wine or pure water,a white or pale candle,salt and a fresh rose.



-Cast circle,sprinkle salt on the floor,feel the heat from the flame,lift chalice and speak:

Dip the rose into the the chalice and bless the eyes...and speak,

"blessed be the eyes that they may clearly see thy path before me"



Anoint lips and speak:

"blessed be thy lips,that they may speak the truth"



Anoint breasts:

"Blessed be thy breast,that you may love well,and feel love in return"



Anoint loins:

"Blessed be thy loins,which bring forth life and pleasure,as thou hast brought forth all creation to please thee"



Anoint hands:

"Blessed be thy hands,that you may do thy work with stregth and skill"



Anoint feet:

"Blessed be thy feet,that you may forever walk in thy ways"



Anoint Rose into the chalice again and taste the wine blessing inside you...speak,

"Blessed Be"

Dont blow out the candle,let it burn out or snuff it out...also i find it best 2 bless all candles before using for spells,in this case Gardenia oil can be used which is good for protection and stopping others from creating strife on your life.Also Jasmine oil will work, or Spikenard oil!
