This is way late in the game for this. I think 'attendance' at this event is the ball and/or club night. The meetup is not in our rooms. Where you are staying shouldn't matter. Not everyone reads the forum. They check the 'who's attending' page and may make their judgement of going or not based on that.

I am not on the page and I am attending both events. The only way I can get the word out is make it clear in my journal... maybe post in the main forum where people go far more than this one.

Hi Y'all! I will be there with Birra, Saturday night for the big Ball.

Otherwise we'll also be in the area from Friday afternoon to Sunday night.

(Taking one of those reeeeally early flights out on Monday morning... UGH... not looking forward to it)

The attendance BOARD is for those people who have paid the entire cost of attending the entire meetup at the hotel.

Those people paid $250.00 a person to show their support of VR and are entitled to be recognized as such.

That is what this thread was made for, and why it was stickied.

I am closing this, since Cancer made the change to the attendance page to now show those of us attending some of the events. No need for us to post here at this point, as we are currently displayed on the page.
