The hotel has their regular bar which is always open. Bar times above are for a private cash bar in our private meeting room space.

Because our group turned out to be so small - we have to shut down by 10pm as the hotel will have other guests.

However - The Dungeon (A Gothic Club) is located a short 5 minute walk from the club. There is no cover charge for the dungeon. I have been informed that the best time to go is from 10pm to 6am.

Is it possible to know how far the bus station is?

I was going to use my car but du to the price of gaz it will cost me less to take the bus plus I will be able to sleep on my way.

Just so I know aproximatively how much it will cost me to take a taxi from the bus station.

I have learned that the hotel only has one bartender. Our bartender for both events is actualy the head of the catering department who has offered to bartend for free. So please tip nicely.

She may not be up on the names of alot of gothic club type drinks (such as body bags and wailing zombies), so if you have a favorite drink that you think they wont know, please email me the recipe for it and I will give it to her.. or, write it down neatly on an index card and give it to her at the first event night.
