Remember, the success of this event rests totaly with the attendance of VR Members. If you dont go, it wont be a success.

What I wanted to know, is if we want to use the hotel a few days early when do we have to have that reservation:
1. booked
2. paid for?

I know that you arranged an AWESOME deal for early arrival, I just want to get the "low down" on details :)

I can get you in at 99.00 per night for the ROOM.. not per peson, for up to 3 days prior to the event.

Everything has to be paid for by April 20th.

After April 20th I can still take reservations, but its on a space available basis, and has to be paid up front at booking.

Walk Ups will not be allowed in. Even if attending just a few of the events at the hotel, YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION.
