I've purposely looked at things happening after Feb to give all of our wallets time to recover from Xmas plus I've got no more hols left until 1st March, lol
Let me know what you think or if you have another idea:)
Hi Catseye,
London would be fine for me as well as I have a cousin living there so accomodation is sorted but some members wanted somewhere more central U.K due to their location.
Perhaps we can organise 2 or 3 meetups to cater for various members locations?
Either message me or post here as always;)
Regards,
Twisted.
There should be something listed on the website I have mentioned above either in Liverpool or fairly nearby:) Let me know what u think.
I've been finding events listed at
http://www.gcukparanormalevents.com/
but if you google 'paranormal events 2013' and the area ur interested in you should find something.
Personally I'm fine with either London or in the Midlands area, as long is it's after March. Just let me know:)
I've just had a thought and was wondering if anyone would be interested in going to London and touring High Gate cemetery along with some other spots such as doing the 'ripper' tour etc.
I had the idea from a thread about Highgate in the main forum;)
I am up for doing The High Gate cemetery, but not for paying for it...these ghost clubs rip people off! Not to mention the crazy fools screaming and running around making noise!
I am a few hours away and plan on getting in without paying : )
Lol, ok, looks like we have a beginnings of a plan:D
Any idea's of a date anyone?
High Beach is on my door step and sounds reasonable too.
a highgate trip sounds fun as long as i dont pay for it.
Ok, I've never been to the west end of High Gate so we'll need someone who's been there before to get in without having to pay for the tour...anyone???
A Richard Felix ghost tour is just the ticket. I did a two day haunted halloween tour with him around castles in Ireland. What can I say... Bristling! Enjoy the tour everyone
Hi Emaeralds,
That's sounds great and I have seen his t.v programmes which are fasinating, Unfortunley I little pricey for me at the mo:(
So sorry to have dragged with this - what are the dates for High Beach? Is March still an option or are we looking at April now?
Hiya all, Sorry I haven't updated this, but Uni and RL have got in the way of plans.
I'm thinking doing the Highgate visit in May now simply due to my Uni work carrying on longer than expected (extended essays and exams). Of course, you are more than welcome to continue to plan without me, I'll try to check in more often but life is very busy for me right now. Hopefully by the end of April things will calm down.
Again I'm really sorry for dragging this out.
Regards,
Twisted.
Highgate could be a blast, let me know where you're at (private pm would be better as I forget to check this thread).
Good luck with the exams.
Ok, thanks Bloodlife:) I'll PM you.
Anyone else feel free to post here or PM me but just for you to know, I'm thinking of going to Highgate either at the end of May or possibly June, just so I can save up some cash after finishing Uni this term:)

Reading this- am I right in thinking the date of the meet-up posted in the first post is no longer being aimed for? Any date/ location set?
Hi Vampirewitch,
Yes, the date has changed due to my Uni work lasting far longer than anticipated plus exams are ongoing. I was thinking about going end of May /June time, in order to complete my Uni work plus save up some cash to get to London and sort out accomodation, spending money etc. Hopefully the weather will be warmer as well.
I completely understand if you don't want to wait that long, I was a bit disappointed myself, but it can't be helped.
Guessing if this thread needs to be closed we can always stay in touch via PM. That goes for anyone who may be interested in a meet up at a great spooky venue.

Thanks Blood for that post, the point I was trying to make. When you guys set another date, location- please make another thread.
:)
Wish you the best for the meet up. Seems a lot get started but never happen. And so many members here are in England, shame a meet up hasn't happen yet.
