May I propose that we have a meet and greet with those that are traveling alone. I remember last year there were alot of solo travelers, and since we tend to be a bit of a shy breed of people this would be a great way for new connections. Maybe meeting at the Red Bar, or Lido Deck ? Since I will be solo this year and I know alot of couples traveled last year I would like to meet other solo cruisers.

having been solo last year I think it's a decent idea.

however, we're running somewhat packed. maybe we should mix it in somehow with one of the current events. I'm sure there are some creative/silly things that could be worked in.

Unless they requested specific seating. ALL singles are being seated together for dinner. Its already done.

I think a single/solo cruiser's meetup on the boat is a great idea as I'm single this year too.

Is this something we could have added to the itinerary so we'd all know where & when to go? Not as a formal event thingy, but just a "singles/solos" meet here at this time kind of thing?

What about the single cruisers who are not coming solo but both none solo cruisers are both single. Did I say that right??

yeah basically it's not meant to be a singles thing, but a "hey, Im alone" kinda thing.

I was already plannin on doing that. Especially after sitting around the airport for 10 hours waiting to be able to get into the hotel.

Last year I think it took about a day to get over that, and everyone was talking to everyone else. Especially in the hot tub. Whee!

You dont have to sit at the airport for 10 hours. Just head over to the hotel. They will hold your luggage for you until your room is ready. But you can still enjoy the hotel pool and amenities.
