Here is a reminder that all final balances are due on July 14th.
This means that if you need to cancel PAST July 14th, the nonrefundable amount goes to $550.00 per person.
If you cancel on September 12 or later, the nonrefundable amount goes to 50% of the total cost.
All bookings are nonrefundable starting on October 3rd and beyond.
IMPORTANT! If you cannot make your final payment on time, YOU NEED TO CALL ME and make other arrangements. All bookings not paid in full on July 14th, will be canceled automaticaly on July 15th by Carnival, unless I have called them and made specific arrangements for EACH person that might be late.
Carnival will NOT be lenient this year.
Please make sure I have you correct address, phone, and email on file if you have moved.
Check your last invoice received and make sure all names and birthdates are correct. If you have a TBA on your invoice, I need the name and birthdate by July 14th. If you are missing pre/post parties, or prepaid cruise tips, make sure to send me an email to add them.
Dining with others. If you have requested to dine with someone else, their name should appear on the lower right of your invoice under Traveling Companions. If their name is missing, send me an email now so I can cross reference the bookings with Carnival.
Remeber, when completing your funpass online, do NOT click continue after you print the funpass. If you do, you will not have paper tickets, which means you will be missing items. CHECK YOUR NAMES ON THE FUNPASS FOR ACCURACY! If its even one letter off, you could be denied boarding! Names must be corrected by July 14th!
All tickets will be handed out at the precruise party unless you are not attending. IF your not, then the cruise documents will be mailed to you 3 weeks prior to sailing.
