Saturday October 11 2008: Transfer busses pick us up at 9:30am. .
Arrive Cruise Pier 10:30am. Onboard by Noon. Lido Deck Lunch. (Deck 9)
Autograph Session – White Heat Disco 4:30pm-6:00pm.
Deck Party – Lido Deck Midship Deck 9 10:00pm – Midnight
Club Goth at Sea – Ivory Lounge Deck 4 Aft 1:00am – 4:00am (use AFT elevators)

Sunday October 12 2008 – Nassau Bahamas 8:30am – 2:00pm

i generally don't get hangovers, but i have a feeling this cruise is going to be a unique experience in a lot of respects :)

This year, Gothic Beauty Magazine is sponsoring and producing the fashion show.

Please note a new event was added for Monday to our oboard itinerary. Ivory Lounge from 3:00 to 4:30pm.

This will be a gothic piano recital by Mike. AKA "Rainbow Brite".

Many of your heard him last year and had asked that should he sail again, that he play a formal recital. Well... He is.

This will be a low key "chill" time. Bar service will be available of course. Here's your chance to kick back and relax.

I read somewhere here that there are new wrist bands for this year. Are we going to have to wear them for the whole cruise to get into the concerts? If so, can they be black?

The wristbands must be worn the entire crusie to attend all the private events.

this year, they will be plastic - so they wont fade, look yucky, or get weak and fall off.

I have already designed them and am not releasing them till the precruise party. (if not attending the precruise party - you can get them at the autograph session)

I just noticed that the Combichrist concert starts at 12. That is seriously hot!

are we going to get a hard copy of the itinerary when bording or would it be a good idea to print this out ahead of time as to ensure making it to all the events?

Do NOT print this out. I will be bringing hard copies again that will go with your wristbands.

Last year.. there was a last minute rescheduling of one of our events, 5 days before we were to sail.

So this post is more of a.... guideline.

Cool. I'm flexible. What else will I be doing on the boat? Drinking and spending time with my wife?

I was wanting to get some clarifications.

On the above itinerary it shows an autograph session Sat after we get on the ship (White Heat Disco 4:30-6:00)...... but on the "A Ton of Goth Information" thread I read that we will have an autograph signing from 3 to midnight, but it didn't say when (and is this on the ship--because it said we would not be having the bands sign at the pre cruise party)

I ask because I didn't see this event on this itinerary.

Are both pre and post cruise parties on the back patio of the hotel closed off to the public?

And last..... Is the Farewell Lido deck party on Fri starting after the Red Flag concert and it the deck closed off to the public?

The decks aren't closed off to anybody... we sorta become the "entainment":P

The autograph session is right after the Muster Drill in the white heat disco. Im not sure why it says 3 to Midnight. thats not feasable. The autograph session will be ON THE SHIP. Please do NOT hound the bands for autographs during the precruise party. Most of them have traveled quite a ways to get to the party, and they will be tired. I rather need them coherent on the ship.


the actual deck parties on the first and last night of the cruise are on OPEN decks. there is no way to close them off - however WE control the music provided it is kept PG13. For this reason, DJ Evelfaery has been instructed that requests will not be played on these two nights. As he must complie the playlist in advance to insure it meets the cruise lines requirements.

last year they had merch set up so you could purchase t- shirts and stuff. and yes as soon as you walk on the lido deck they are there with trays of drinks! but those may be more $$ than our 7.50

Last year the public watched..... and some even joined in. I did'nt have a problem with other people on the cruise. Everyone I met was just curious. I know some others had a little negativity but overall I think we won over the masses.

By the time you get to the autograph session.. you SHOULD have had your first drink - if not, the bar will be open during the autograph session.

You should also have your cd's by then.

CD's will be given away at the precruise party. If you are not signed up for the precruise party - you will get yours at the autograph session.

Its going to be great having the autograph session so early. Gives everyone a chance to meet the bands from get-go. Woot woot for that.

The deck parties were great last time!! Even though alot of people didn't "join in" the fun and dancing... I got a generally good vibe from a majority of the ship. The ones that didn't approve of the group were few, far between.. and absolutely silent about it(least as far as I saw!). Which was really a bonus for me... I didn't have to feel guilty about not saying anything. :: Whimpers at the short, "cannot do that on the ship!" leash:: Maaan.

Oh, and Dog.. Z's a master Ninja. I thought you knew. She can brain-slice a man with ease... Like answering you before you ask the question. This is her kung-fu, and it is strong. Whaaa-chaaaa.

Well, I'm sure that this year will be alot like last year...As in the sence, that by about Wednesday or Thursday, no one is really going to care if we've had our beauty sleep.....And neither are you.....lol....Everyone stops trying to impress each other by then.....lol......

But I did sneek in some cat naps after some shore trips last year and was ready to go right after......But I think it was Wednesday night I took a break and just slept for the night....You'll need too, trust me!!

And yes yes yes, the ship is very well stocked with the RED BULL's!!!!!!!!!!! Which I see me having one in hand alot of the time....I see our Z keeping me hopping about much of the time this year....Hahahahaha......But that's just fine with me, I want her to have a total blast this year!!!! :)

somewhere in this thread it is said that the OFFICIAL itinerary will be handed out to us at the same time as we get our wristbands.

the one posted here should only be used for guildline pusposes as there is the possibility of there still being changes made.

Please disregard 8-26-08 question..... brain was numb...I figured out that the "all events" applied to the events that followed the entry (ie: the masquerade ball and Rocky horror will be held in the Ivory Lounge...)

That is correct. The official itinerary will be handed out at the precruise party.

BUT - be sure to attend at least the first 15 minutes of all the events. If the cruise line changes a start time onboard, then the announcements will be made there.

clarification. The Fashion Show is going to be 3 hours? New itinerary shows 5-8pm (original itinerary showed 5:30 - 6:30.....) thanks for the itinerary.... helps to plan esp the clothes!!!!!

We have the room with bar service from 5pm to 8pm.

Fashion show activities will be from 5:30 to 7:30.
