Absolutely nope!! Vampirism, has nothing to do with magik (ending in "K") and sorcerism. Those who follow the clan and are active within the code of the clan, will tell you, that there is no exterior power within the Vampire community.

I don't think so. Angel are from a different place, up in the clouds, while Vampires, are here, down in Earth, around the living.

I think they are not capable. From my understanding, natural vampires, and natural witches are very incompatible with one another.

You can choose to look at it many different ways, personally I look at it as a form of energy manipulation. Many of the fluffy bunny magic books most people will have read speak almost exclusively about energy manipulation, whether it be from your own well of energy or borrowing from an outside well( much along the lines of psi vampires). If vampires can manipulate and absorb energy than they can manipulate it to do other things with better understanding.
