Okay, I'll occasionally get the "I've rated you, added you, etc. Please RTF" message, only to find it's someone I already rated, but they changed their name, so everything seems to follow the account (like adds), however all ratings are erased.

Just thinking might it be better if the Dark Network could just let accumulated ratings follow people's IP addresses?

I'm not a writer nor gifted with any internet saavy... just wondering out loud if this might be one of the improvements that are under way for our beolved VR.

When the new features are rolled out, then everyone will know for sure. Since this isn't really a discussion, I'm closing.
