What are peoples thoughts on dreams and control over them and even control of others dreams? Would love to know.
Dream control is usually something one can do in the lucid stage, or right before awaking. As for controlling theirs dreams? Maybe one could interject subliminal content, but that would be a long shot. And out right manipulation is improbable as the logistic aren't there.
I was able to control my dream once, since I have nightmares really often if not almost every night (or day when I sleep during day) it is really something I wish I could do more, when I was able to controle its cause when I realized I was in a dream I told myself that I was going to take over and took controle, a friend of mine told me to actually do that, and it worked, but only once
All the other time when I was in nightmare I tried to controle but could not, once thing I can do in some sort of "control" is to tell myself before falling asleep that I will have a harmonious dream calm and serein, peaceful and resting sleep. Other then that I have'nt found any way to "control"
but I am open to suggestions as it would be a big help for me to sleep better.
with nightmares i find it helpful to try and remind myself its a dream and to not have fear kick in. seems like as soon as fear kicks in is when it turns for the worse
To control a dream, you need to have control over your mind, just because dreams are creation of the mind and not entity possessions of your though. Can you be dreaming, and go to go pee and then, go back to your dream? That is what I called dream control.
if you think about it,
your brain is trying to relax, and rest after a long
hard day or night of being awake.
it needs to rest.
so,if you control a dream,this means
you arent really sleeping like you should.
and this may not be healthy.
after many years of this ability..
what if,some day you wake up....and not
knowing if you are still dreaming..or actually
awake?!
of doing this for so long..you might end up
in a coma.
But,
i only been able to do this twice.
but, then wake up,feeling very tried and foggy.
lets go beyond complete dream control. sleep walking for example in my younger yrs i have been able to use the bathroom unlock doors and even smoke during dreams. i understand its about mind and thoughts but what about truely understanding self thought and how ur brain works during a dream. ( im sry for any misspelled words never was good at English)
but to understand and wield ones thought to change the perception of the dream is a wonder to me one of which i have been able to do for awhile now. for example i have a dream that starts off on a beach more explanations of the dream is more of a private manor. but it has happened since i can remember. well when i get to a certain point i change the dream with just a thought and the dream changes i dont have to relive the nightmare over and over. this is just one of many that i have been able to work into what i want a push to to
I have found that dreams range from being subliminal messages and warnings to our deepest darkest desires. I have yet to fine a way to control them, though.~Mina
The canvas of the self-willed Dream is Not a mystery but a less chosen power.
This is the essence of the immortal: the substance of the dream and the will of the dreamer, two who are one working in quantum tandem to infuse the mortal human with the immortal essence of the dream itself.
This is how you turn yourself wrongsideout and rightsidewrong, so as to right the wrong that was cast upon you when you were cast into your mortal reflection and lost connection with your immortal other.
Wake up inside your dream, but it is not a dream but a world you create. And when you do, the world becomes a dream you walk through, among the others who fail to dream and are stuck in god's dream of genocide.
You, will walk along inside your own reality, outside of the mass hysterical dream, and into your own dream-turn reality. And you will do it from sheer will power and with the desire to live....beyond anything resembling god, satan and anything else in its place.
Do you not see?
Of course not.
The herd guides you, still.
I for one believe you can control you're dreams. It just takes a lot of partice. I have PTSD and flash backs and night terorres where really bad. Till I found this one theraphist who tought me how to control them. Which is great for me. I think anyone with PTSD should in fact get this kind of therapy. I believe there are books on it as well. You and try to search on the web and what not as well. For the most part in the end everyone will have differnt veiws on it
We can control our dreams, I believe. It's not easy in my opinion. Like in nightmares, you have to look past the fear or overcome the fear to take control of whatever situation is occurring in your dream. Just be happy when you figure out you can control what you do and dream about, because it isn't physically real, nothing to fear...
Now controlling other's dreams, I would never consider to do so. Don't even know how, nor do I care to know how. Everyone has enough dreams, why give them more to ponder over?
~RosaBelle
I have a method in my brain that helps me "get out" of dreams that i don't like. I will jump off something or fall, and that triggers the feelings in my stomach to wake me.
I have seen myself astral quite a few times. I don't know if you would consider that "dream control", but in my opinion, it works in a similar process. I have seen myself outside of body, looking at my sleeping body, and trying to wake myself up because I was waiting for the mail to arrive and tried to get it before my mother did. Well, i kept telling myself to "wake up" over and over and that didn't work, so i put in the image of myself falling out of bed. That is what woke me up.
I have had at least one person to control a dream of mine which happened back in 1998. It was during a full moon. I tried the falling technique but it didn't work. Whoever it was, took full control and the dream continued.
I've had lucid dreams a few times, but I don't know how to make it happen. I remember a particular dream (it was actually a nightmare) that was very scary.
I was in a house, and the lights were dim.
I remember, thinking, "I hope they don't go out!" and they got dimmer, then went out. Right before that, I had started sinking into the floor. When the lights went out, I suddenly thought, "I'm dreaming. Ha! I can do anything I want!" I 'thought' the lights on and off, stopped sinking, came back out of the floor, and passed through walls. It was so much fun! I got to the front door, and the door was locked. I thought,"So what? I'm dreaming. I can just pass through it!" So I did.
I've had a few other fun ones, too.
I have had a couple recent experiences where I was in a dream and I didn't like what was happening...I realized that it was a dream and then just woke myself up out of it. It really felt empowering to do so. Why should we not be in control? It's our own minds and bodies after all.
I would guess that one can control someone else's dream to a degree, because to my knowledge dreams are after effects of events in your life or subconscious, like, if you experience something traumatising you might dream about it. So, if you were to plant subconscious messages in someone's mind during the day (via body language ect.) they might end up dreaming about you or whatever message you were trying to send, which counts as control in my opinion.
Derren Brown made a good demonstration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMgTIAUtrIc
I'm guessing that my actual subconscious wakes me from disturbing dreams.
What I mean is that in many of my dreams, I'm telling myself to wake up from whatever negative thing is going on in the dream, and I suddenly wake up.
In a way, maybe I'm controlling the dream, from a defense mechanism point of view?
i think being able to wake ur self is in some way dream control. In alot of my dreams i have found i can re route my dream if im not liking the out come. That is as long as i remember it is but a dream. Like with nightmares once fear is introduced and takes hold i loose the control.
It is known through research that The later dream states (nearer to awaking) known a the Lucid state is when we tend to be able to interact with dreams.
I do not feel that controlling what happens in a dream may be healthy for a person's mind. However I know I can control what types of dreams I have. I have always have had very vivid dreams to the point where I have had to check to see if I really did shove a dead body under my bed once I woke. The one thing I have found if I go to sleep thinking positive thoughts I have positive dreams, and if I go to sleep thinking negative thoughts or worrying about something I have nightmares. I think a person should let a dream unfold naturally, because the subconscious is displaying the dream for a reason.
Being in lucid dreaming does make the controling easier but there are ways of controling the dream before that also. Dreams are just one thing science still has yet to truely understand. They are still working on trying to figure out why we dream. There are many different theroies about dreaming.
there is plenty research data about the stages of dreams.
Repeating dreams of unknown origin are the most interesting, me thinkst they are messages.
There is plenty of research but they have just skimmed the surface.
Im a active sleeper also i do things in my sleep like sleepwalk, unlock doors, have even went as far as smoked while sleeping. Course these are episodes my family has told me i have done
I've been able to control mine. For me personally, it's easy. I can just think of objects and they appear or if something bad is going to happen I can change the outcome. Sure, I'm not perfect because it doesn't work at times, but it usually works.
i don't think dreams can be controlled per say but i do believe that our dreams can be Influences.
i know some people before going to sleep ask for their guardian angel or spirit guides to communicate with them or give them some type of sign or message and have heard it has happened
In a Psychology class we slightly discussed lucid dreaming.
I have done it a few times, but in order for me to do so I have to tell myself before sleep I will be in control of my dreams in order to do it. Or not focus so much on my day and just be more at ease before I can have control over these dreams.
And honestly, that is just too much work. So, I would rather come home from school and think about my day, and go to sleep. I rarely have nightmares, or bad dreams. But as some of you have said, I do think I have had "Unwanted guests" within my dreams or I have felt like I have been watched. But as of lately that has not been a problem.

I have what you would call livid dreams, dreams that feel as if you are actually there...I often find these types of dreams occur right before waking up as I always seem to remember these types of dreams.
I have often found that the dreams we have are the brain and body's way of releaving the stresses we are undergoing. Without dreams, we would not function properly. Many dreams can also be interpreted on out life experiences to what is going on in our lives and how we can go about solving the problems.
I am not so sure about controling dreams, however I know you can make the dream up just through thought as in as you lay down and close your eyes, you can think of what you want to dream about and therefore dream about it.
I learned dream control as a way to survive my nightmares which started very early in childhood. I remember a dream that would repeat again and again. It was an underwater loch ness monster in a swimming pool which I was swimming in. I had already adapted with dream control to breath underwater in order to go under and hide better. In the dream I would think about how I normally cant breathe air under water. I was trying desperately to wake myself, my little dream self was now being both terrified and also reminded it was a dream at the same time, because I had decided to tell myself it was a dream and wake myself before I went to sleep. It didnt wake me. My next night was far more sucessful when I got to the point in the dream where I cant wake myself up, I did what I told myself to do at night before I went to sleep, and I grabbed hold of the swimming pool ladder and climbed out of the pool. Poof, nightmare over! monster cant get me if I just leave his lair.
Anew
I can only control my dreams when I can tell they are dreams, like if I see somebody walking around that shouldn't be or something along those lines, but I tend to wake up much faster when I try to take control. I have tried to meet someone in a dream but I have never had it actually work.
Dream control in the long run to me will be different for everyone. We all dream different and our brains work different. :)
as for dream control I found that profound and deep meditation helps very much to control your mind I was submerge with nightmares until I started meditation it realy worke for me
YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTROLING YOUR DREAMS.HOWEVER EVERY NOW AND THEN IF WERE FORTUNATE WE MAY HAVE A LUCID DREAM,THATS WHERE YOUR AWAKE IN YOUR DREAM.IN THIS CASE YOU CAN MAKE DECISIONS IN THESE DREAMS OF WHAT TO DO.BUT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE DREAM EVEN THOUGH YOUR AWAKE IN IT.YOU CAN BE NEAR A LAKE AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOUR SITTING AT A TABLE.I HAD THIS LUCID DREAM WHERE I WAS SITTING IN AN ICE CREAM PARLOR,SITTING ACROSS FROM ME WAS BURT REYNOLD'S THE ACTOR.I KNEW I WAS IN A DREAM SO I DECIDED I WAS GOING TO SLAP HIM IN THE FACE TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN.WHEN I DID SLAP HIM HIS EYES TURNED INTO DEMON EYES IT SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME AND I WOKE UP IN BED IN A PANIC,BUT THEN LAUGHED IT OFF LATER.
You should practice astral projections, because it helps you gain some sort of control of your dreams.
ASTRAL PROJECTION AND DREAMS ARE TOTALLY TWO DIFFERANT THINGS.SOME PEOPLE THINK DREAMING HAS TO DO WITH LUCID DREAMING.LEAVING YOUR BODY IS A VERY HIGH FORM OF MEDITATION.I HAVE LEFT MY BODY A FEW TIMES CONCENTRATING ON A BUZZING NOISE.LOOKING DOWN AT MY BODY SHELL.WE ARE SPIRIT AFTER ALL.
There are different types of astral projection, it has 3 factors which can bring about outer body experience are desires, habits and dreams. Astral projections does play a part in dreams, the astral body returning to the physical body is interpreted in a falling dream, just before awakening. When a person has a partially conscious astral projection, they are actually dreaming.
An astral projection where you are fully conscious, just at the point when you are falling asleep or just before awakening, you can become fully aware of your surroundings of the room your sleeping in, with practice you can gain more control over time. Some sceptics think that outer body experiences are just dreams, where your astral body is rising out your body and moving around where ever you go, and astral projections are also associated with people having flying dreams.
I was once interested in lucid dreaming. At the time it was made aware to me that people in dreams are aspects of self like archetypes or multiple personalities and that they are sleeping too. Perhaps they are that large percent of brain we don't use and maybe it can be opened. So the theory was: just as one can be conscious in dream can't one wake up these others? With this mission I programmed myself before drifting to sleep to wake up inside dream. Then I slapped and screamed at a dream person to wake up. They did and looked at me in a terrifying way that woke me up. :)
Lucid dreaming is a good way to gain control. It's when you are aware of your surroundings and where you are conscious when you are in a lucid state, and gives you control of the dream. People can train themselves to have dream control when they are practicing to have an astral projection, because when you have an OBE (outer body experience), it feels like your in a lucid state, and you have control over your astral body.
My dreams sometimes come out as a fortelling.. Letting me know if I'm going to be going through hard times.... And water is the element of which it comes.. Like if the water is crystal clear but covering much area.. Or its dark or stagnet.. Let's me know hard times are on their way.. Or attacking dogs which means harm to me or mine....
i really like this post. this is big for me because my dreams seem to have a life of their own. i experience....well not sure what to call it.... so far the best word might be Transmissions. i was mad at my friend about something and i kept quiet about the situation. she called me so we could meet. she had a dream that i was mad at her and i popped her in the face. she's telling me this dream she had and i am noticing a swollen knot on her forhead like she had been in a small fight. she tells me she woke up like that, with that knot on her forhead. i think she received a little high energy transmission from me. i chose not to speak of my anger and it came out another way.
sometimes i have dreams that act like soap operas, they pic-up from where the last dream ended. they keep going until they just end.
one time i experienced being apart of a group dream. me and two other ladies had similar dreams within a 72 hour period about another lady. the lady was going thru some intense drama and couldn't talk about it, we all knew each other so well that the message got to us anyway. dreaming.
There is a vast amount of literature from several different sources regarding the practice of Lucid Dreaming, everything from Tibetan practices to modern works by Doctor and Oneironaut Stephen LaBerge of the Lucidity Institute. I do a lot of work in this area myself, but results are hard for some people. Some are born with a knack for it, some have to work very hard for every small breakthrough. I have had some successes with it. As for whether or not it is a dangerous practice, there is evidence to support both opinions.
It is very possible to control dreams. I can control my dreams. I have not had any lucid dreams nor have I astroprojected (that I know of).
I can change my dreams while in them and I can also pick back up where I left off if I am awakened.
I've also had the pleasure of dreaming the same dream more than once.
You had mentioned being able to control other's dreams, I didn't know that was possible!
Is anyone able to do that?
"Journey's out of the body" by Robert Monroe couple with the tombs left over from the previous centuries. The writings of Abra Melin the Mage, and Crowley all lead to this being one of the central aspects of all the higher forms of Magick. Bending reality, astral projection, walking the names are endless but the more you read the more the pattern repeats itself.
Yes sometimes I can get up to go pee and resume same dream when its awesome. When its horrible I can usually bail out of it!
Have always wondered if others really do appear in my dream though!
It's typically very difficult for the average person to experience any kind of actual control over their dreams. This can be altered with a healthy dose of meditation and dream journalism, but be careful: this can lead to sleep paralysis. It's usually worth the risk, though, go for it. Start with breathing exercises as you lay down and document your dreams upon waking. This will help you relax your muscles as you begin to sleep, allowing your body to drift off while your mind remains awake and will also allow you to recognize patterns in your dreams which will assist you in becoming lucid during dreams.
Good luck.
Also, Dabbler, good to see you.
my dad totally mastered dream control, he told me I can do it too after telling him I had a bad dream a long time ago , these days I let my sandman take me to those metaphysical places and whisk me off into the deepest center cortex of my brain, some are absolutely wonderful!!! and I just don't want to wake up...like...last night when I dreamt of Charlie Hunnam , oh dear god....it involved some necessary roughness, banter, him shirtless, threats and a knife and deep stare!!! I want to go to bed now!! but the odds don't look good .ill probably dream of something god aweful and regret even thinking of sleeping :/
When I was young I used to auto-eject from nightmares. Things would be so horrific that I would say to myself in the dream "this can't be real" and then wake up. That actually still works for me to this day. If a dream is sour & you don't like it, just ask yourself "Am I dreaming?". Flip side is when you are having a bad day, ask yourself, and then nothing changes, unfortunately you are not dreaming and you have to deal. Reality checks are good to have if you want to go full throttle with diving deep into LD control. Like anything else awesome, too much can be dangerous. At one point I went pretty hard practicing and studying Lucid Dreaming techniques. Had some success with shared dreaming. There is a lot more information out there then when I originally researched it, and yes astral projection and meditation techniques are VERY useful and very closely related. There are 3 main ingredients that have the most value:
1) Dream Recall
This is by far the hardest thing to overcome for me. What good is a dream if you can't remember you had it. Sleep cycling was the most effective work around. Get that good REM sleep out of the way, stay up for 20-45 mins then go back in. Let your body get the rest it needs so that your mind is rested enough to stay in control. Most times we wake up by alarm clocks or abruptly and get right out of bed and go. It is better to lay in bed for a few minutes and try to replay what happened. A dream journal really helps with this too. As soon as you remember your dream write it down. The longer you wait to remember things, the less you will remember. My schedule lately hasn't allowed me to take the steps required to really prepare for WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) exploration, but I certainly recommend it to anyone who is curious.
2) Awareness
Acknowledging the simple fact that you are dreaming at all seems to be the hardest thing to conquer for many. The auto-eject was good practice for me personally, but there are other known tricks to help "dream check". Ever notice that light switches never work properly in dreams? Hit the switch and the lights stay off or stay on. Clocks usually don't show any time at all, or if they do, it doesn't change or move. Try to notice these things. If you notice them while dreaming, now that you are aware, you should find that it makes the transition from dreaming to lucid smooth AF. I also like to look at my hands. This is good for both reality checking and dream checking. In a dream, either my hands or the ground below will look slightly animated or wavy. I've also found staring at my hands or spinning will help delay a dream collapse or waking up if you start to feel the dream slipping away due to awareness of dreaming.
3) Belief
You have to believe that you are in control of your dreams. That there are no rules there. That you can go wherever you want, do whatever you can imagine. It's your world, your universe, your rules. I've explored so far into raw subconsciousness, visited places I would've never imagined while awake. It can be a very introspective learning experience if you put in the work. It can also be very addictive if you learn how to gain control with ease. Once I had a good handle on how to dive into a WILD, the first wave was mostly sexual fantasies but I quickly realized I was only tickling my imaginations potential with that and moved on to space exploration. After that I started in on the shared dreaming which requires a partner willing to put in the work (not an easy find). From there I started to play with physics itself, "there is no spoon" kind of stuff.
A couple years after I didn't really have the kind of time to set my sleep and napping schedule or wake up when I wanted to immediately write in my dream journal I saw a book about LD "A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming: Mastering the Art of Oneironautics"
Many of the techniques I had found were cited in this book. They did mention one neat trick that I had never thought to try in regards to exploring self. They suggested to ask yourself questions that you want answers to in your real waking life and see what answers the dreams provide. So I tried it one morning. In the dream I asked myself "Where am I supposed to be?" I then had a dream that took place at a club in Atlantic City. Now I had been to this venue several times before, but let me tell you what, some pretty fly situations have happened to me there since that dream. Self-Awaremess. Trust your instincts.
I don't mind being called DJ :)
I've read text about vampires raiding dreams here on these forums. I can't say that I personally have had that experience, but I do believe in shared dream via personal experience.
I've had 'intruder' dreams. At my peak, singling out a 2nd party from the projections of your mind was very easy. They stood out like a sore thumb. I'd say 90% of the time when I went to confront one of them, they would jet out like they stole something and would never be seen again. I did get a sir name from one young European looking fellow, his accent was British I think, but he then too ran away.
When I worked with my first dream partner it was a few years before the movie inception came out. So when I saw the film, I knew someone had seriously done there homework. It really made me realize that our experience was far from isolated or even a secret. Along the journey, at that time finding tips and tricks for LD was a bit of a challenge. But we didn't sign up for all these hours of hard work without first finding a few sources to reference online. Most of what we found was primarily related to deep meditation practices and astral projections.
In most cases, I was the 'architect'. My imagination usually determined the world or location. She did a few times, but you kind of have to have a knack for it or solid understanding of how that part of the LD thought process works to do it at will. We shared dream journals. This is where we could compare information. There were even a few times where we could use reading each others reporting to remember more details together, of course that only worked when the discussion took place just after we both had just woken up.
For me, the easiest way to build was within what I called the "White room". Starting in an all white room with nothing in it. Only one door. Go through the door, and end up wherever I wanted. She didn't take to the concept well though. See it was a construct in my mind, so I believe she just didn't know where to go or how to find me there. I had the most success first visualizing my astral or dream body floating away above my sleeping body, and then superman style flight to her bedroom. From there, we could fly anywhere together. I also found a neat trick with mirrors, go thru them and they had the same white room door effect.
Anyway, it was a lot of fun. A few dreams were able to manifest into reality. I learned a lot about manifestation, visualization, and self through the experience.
We put in a lot of time, communication, and focus on achieving these goals. And most importantly, belief in being able to do what your doing is only second to being able to remember what happened at all.
IF i could change my dream i would,
I would Rather have a dream about with me and my girlfriend living together instead of being distance.
The Dream that i'm having now days and have been ever sense ive been bitten by a dog ... when i was a child at the age of 5...
now i have dreams about a dark alley way ....while i sleep i see faded black buildings on the side of my vision.
A head i see a abandoned old blinding with a heavy duty door that creeks every time it's opened i always see my self running because there are demon Dogs Chasing me into the building and i always hide behind the door locking my self in to keep myself safe in my own dream... allot of the timing i wake up with short of breath every time i have this dream nightly.
I'm not the only person who has had this dream i've met others that had the same dream.
there for i'm not alone.
and i'm glad because .... some how i think we're all connected to something to the ones that have the same dream perhaps we're dreaming of a persons death in this bold building...
but people should really look into this dream because it seems really real.
the universe is a cosmic mirrow, it reflect your projections back to you. when ever you manipulate someone dream, in reality you just manipulated your self & you will be held hostage by your ego. WAKE UP..
I have the same dream every night but each night more of it unfolds like its a part of my life vivid as if I'm awake but I don't know that is call it dream control
I can control my Dreams By repeating them and then making them different every time I been known to astral travel, I always have a journal too write down my dreams, and keep them documented,

One can certain have some influence on what one dreams, it usually something that is present all day either consciously or subconsciously, it then manifests in the dream. So yeah, one can have some control over a dream.
An individual can have a great deal more than some control over the dream.
Total control is certainly obtainable, the vehicle is practice, and the term for such activity is:
Lucid Dreaming.
http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/is-lucid-dreaming-real.html
I have no control or very little control of my dreams... Well not dreams but nightmares. I suffer from dream anxiety disorder and post traumatic stress.
-Cinnamon
I will have to make notes. Write about my day, diet and sleeping behavior to find the trigger to the nightmares. I've not tried meditation but I've been on a concoction of meds to try and control what goes of in my head while I sleep.

Do you have any overt fears about something? Nightmares, like dreams play on certain experiences that you may have had.
Its funny you mentioned that. No I have no fears in my life but when I was younger I did suffer from a bad car accident and seeing one of my friends die in that car accident.
And so the machine has decided to lend a helping hand. Not willing to spend months conditioning yourself for WILD dreams, have no fear. Your cheat code tool, is almost here:
Skynet says... Your Welcome.
I have always read that it is a good idea to practice lucid dream control as a way to combat nightmares and to practice magick so that one is more proficient with their practices when awake.
I personally, however, have never needed the practice as I have never had a nightmare before. Though, many would describe my dreams as nightmares because of their content. I would describe a dream as a nightmare only if it were to frighten me.
Though, through my vampiric studies, it has become apparent to me that lucid dream control is paramount in the progression and success of ones vampiric endeavors, such as feeding. I have been trying to get better but I seem to be quite inept at the moment. Sigh... Being a Vampyre is hard work.
Well ok, here goes, I have always been able to control my dreams. I can wake up at anytime I want to. If a dream is going in a direction that I am not interested in I can change it. If it is going well I just stay on path. Sometimes I just decide to go flying and I will leave the dream and just fly around looking down towards the ground. Sometimes in a dream I come across a female that is so distracting with her beauty that I will leave the dream path just to be with her. You can believe me or not, I just thought i would mention this just to see if there are any others that can do this . Blessed Be
That astral flight game can be addicting indeed.
If you're a fan of both lucid flight & dream sex I'd certainly recommend trying deep space dream sex. 0 gravity had some unexpected percs & it still feels like flying if you want to play with your propulsion a bit too. Bottom half of my body started getting sucked into a whirlpool like portal mid-climax once, that was pretty fuckin intense.
I believe it is possipossibe. I believe that we have the potential to function at higher levels.
