Transilvania, anno 2000. Affascinato dalle 'veline' televisive italiane che riceve con la parabolica, il conte Dracula decide di partire per l'Italia, in cerca di sangue e carne fresca. In un malandatissimo camion il fedele servitore imbarca la bara d'ordinanza su un cargo di profughi diretti verso le coste della Puglia. I malcapitati saranno il suo pasto durante il viaggio. Ma ciò che trova nel Bel Paese non corrisponde alle aspettative : dall'avito castello è costretto a vivere in un garage fuori Roma, come un qualsiasi extra-comunitario. Essendo costretto ad uscire di notte, trova tutto chiuso, eccetto un Centro Sociale, pieno di rapper e gruppi politici.
