9:00 PM until 2:00 AM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Cover charge is $3 before 10pm and $5 after. Special events may be priced differently. 18+ dancefloor and 21+ bar upstairs and downstairs. Wednesday nights are 21+ for the entire club. Tuesday - Friday is 21+ only downstairs.

Upstairs:
Area 51's upstairs houses a large 18+ dance floor and 21+ bar. It is open Tuesday through Saturday with a variety of modern, alternative, 80's and techno music formats.
Downstairs:
The downstairs at Area 51 features a large dance floor with 2 dancing platforms. There are seating areas to lurk, or play a game at the coin-op pool table. At the juice bar/coat check, there's a variety of soda, bottled water, and snacks. The downstairs 21+ bar holds another three pool tables and many tables to chat with friends over a drink.
