Boiled Vampire Brain

Ingredients
1 each lamb's brain (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsp butter
1 teasp Green peppercorns
1 each Lemon
1 each bay leaf and clove
1/4 each small onion - no need to chop
each salt, vinegar, parsley
Procedure
1. NOTE: Kids - don't try this at home!
2. Immerse the lamb's brain a bowl filled with cold water and 2 tbsp vinegar - this will leech away the blood. Remove and drain - cut off the filaments at the bottom if necessary.
3. Put the brain in a small pot, with the salt, 2 tbsp of vinegar, onion, bay leaf and clove. Cover with water, then bring to a boil.
4. Once it boils, put out the heat and leave the brain in the pot to cool in its *stock*.
5. Remove the brain, then transfer to a serving dish.
6. Add a tablespoon of melted butter, then heat in a microwave before serving.
7. SAUCE: Melt butter over medium heat in a small sauce pan. Add the green pepper corns, saute for a minute, then add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
8. Serve the *vampire's brain* with the peppercorn - butter sauce on the side.
