Greetings Everyone. My name is J W James and I am a published author, photgrapher, poet, and aspiring filmmaker. I originally joined the site to see what its all about and hoping to share some of my writing and photographic works with you, but have since then fallen madly in love with this wonderful site. I’ve met a bunch of you online and a few in person and can say that for the most part, the experience has been a pleasure. There are, of course always a few bad apples but I don’t let them spoil my fun. I have always had a strong fascination with vampires, well, not always but since I was around 9 years old. There is a certain amount of romantacism to the vampire, the ageless beauty, the immortality, the strength and power, yet there is also a tragic side as well. Living beyond the lives of those a vampire comes to love. It is exactly this list of things that began my continuing journey into vampires. I live in Philadelphia PA, and have 2 children, who are my entire world. I have an extremely odd sense of humor and tend to be dry and sarcastic, but fear not, my bark is usually worse than my bite. I say usually because I am probably one of the most laid back, carefree people you'd ever want to meet, but when crossed, I make Vincent and Jules from Pulp Fiction look like boy scouts. It is easy to be my acquaintance, a little harder to be my associate, and if you want to be my friend, you better be prepared for some responsiblities. I take friendship to the extreme. I will be loyal to a fault and if you cannot share this quality, move on. I am an honest person, even when that honesty may hurt your feelings and expect the same when you are interacting with me. Bullshit just doesn't wash with me. Well that's me in a nutshell. I look forward to getting to know as many of you as I can.
