Being a workaholic and spending the last few years trying to build my empire has left me with a pretty much non-existant social life outside of a close circle of friends. Meeting people is never a problem, however the opportunities to do so are few and far between.

Outside of work I'm a bit of a fitness freak - formerly a martial arts instructor I now spend at least an hour most days training; usually running and/or weights. Archery and lessons in Japanese tend to take up a few hours each week too.

I'm very arty and creative, with a degree in 3D computer animation and visual effects under my belt, however my biggest passion are my motorbikes. Lucky enough to have two, they're my daily release from the monotony of daily routines and drudgery.

Despite the appearance I'm a big fan of the finer things in life. Great food, good wine, intelligent conversation and a great deal of fun, juxtaposed against my adoration of simple pleasures.

Educated, well-spoken and able to laugh at myself, I don't take life too seriously. I have a huge passions for science, technology and the arts also, often in ways that may be described as geeky, however I'm putting that down to my habitual craving for knowledge and my inane ability to over-analyse pretty much everything, although this is often to my detriment.

I've spent far too much time trying to work out what I should be doing with my time and my life and not enough time just letting it happen so here I am.
