I am a goth, but I do tend to stand out and not particularly fit into just one lifeforbidden choice. I love cats and reading and writing. Someday soon, I plan to become a well-known author and a small bookstore owner. It's just something that I've wanted to do since the beginning of my high school years. And yes I am in high school.
What first drew me to this website is my admiration for vampires. Granted, with so many different versions of them being told in several different ways, it is hard to keep a firm grip on the knowledge that I've learned over the past few years. But this website provides me with so much variety on vampires and I couldn't resist joining.
I am nice, yes. I am fair, yes. But I am a strong believer in fairness. If you slice me down and leave me to bleed out, I will do the same as soon as I heal. I do have trust issues, yes. But my trust can be earned. However, if you misuse it, I will turn around and walk away.
I have been picked on and made fun of my whole life and I'm just used to it and it really has no effect on me whatsoever anymore. I grew from it. It made me stronger a better person. I like the person I am today and I don't really plan on changing anytime soon.
I will stand up for my friends and I will fight and be there for my friends, but at the same time, I will tell them when they're wrong and try to help them on the right path if they want me to, or I will just stand back and watch until they hit rock bottom, it depends on them really. But I won't mind helping them silently at all, without any I told you so.
Like many many many of you on here, my interests are a bit abnormal to normal people:
-The colors black, blood red, and sort of dark purple
-Teen fiction books, but mainly those with a dark element in them here and there
-Gory horror films. I find it hilarious when someone gets slashed in half or torn apart.
-Some rock bands, some heavy metal bands, some punk rock bands. It really just depends on many different variables.
-Cats, especially fluffy ones. That's a weakness. I can't help it.
-Last but not least, anything and everything having to do with vampires. Except Twilight. No offense or disrespect to any of you who do enjoy that series, but in my opinion, vampires that sparkle in the sun aren't actually vampires at all.
Some things I don't like are:
-Backstabbers/Two-faced people
-Thieves
-Liars
-No offense to anyone who likes these but, Country and Rap music
-Being woken up before noon. I am not a morning person by a long shot. My mom is the only one who can get me up and that's usually with the mention of a certain deep fried pastry dipped in chocolate.
-When the decorations for Valentine's Day come up. It hurts my eyes and brings up bad memories when I am surrounded by hearts and oversized bears and the combination of red and pink all over the place. I much rather prefer Halloween or reflect on the Valentine's Day Massacre. No, I don't agree with it, but I'd much rather honor a holiday like that than celebrate what today's society has transformed it to be.
