Welcome to my softer side. My name is Kali. No it isn't my real name; it is simply the name I choose to go by most often. I'm the type who always seems to have her head in the clouds and my heart set on some dream or another. I write and I read. This is a rather large sum of my existance. If I'm not reading, I'm wishing I was.

I live in Minnesota with my mom and my fiancee. My mom has health issues so I do my best to care for her. My fiancee is a compliment to my kind soft hearted nature. He's the perfect balance in my opinion. Not everyone agrees but that's their problem.

I'm an eclectic pagan that tends to center mostly on Egyptian and what is believed to be druidic beliefs. I tend not to name my God and Goddess most of the time. Please don't say I have no understanding of my beliefs because of that. It is simply a choice on my part to keep it private.

I tend to be more of a loner. If I seem outgoing it is simply a cover. I can almost guarantee it. People make me uncomfortable and a bit nervous. I talk to cover up those feelings. Put me in a room with more than 5 people I willo find the smallest group and either interact with them or quietly stand there making it seem like I am.

I don't come from the prettiest of backgrounds but I am a survivor. Despite my sometimes flagging will to stick around I'm still here. No people I'm no emo.....I'm simply me. I state the facts about where I come from. Where I come from isn't a wonderful place to be.
