My name is Rhiannon. I am a vampyre and witch. I'll be adding to and updating this periodically, so keep an eye out. I apologize in advance if it gets chaotic here, it's been a while since I've built a profile like this so I may need to remember how before I get all the things on here I want to put up.
I've walked these halls before, and now I have returned. The shadows sing and dark angels rejoice, for I am back with a vengeance and I will not rest until I have reclaimed my throne.
About Me:
Ah, there are so many things I could say about myself, but what are the most important?
As I said before, I am a vampyre. I am both sanguine and psychic, but rarely get the joy of having the ability to feed on blood. Sadly in this day and age with so many diseases, it is difficult to find a healthy donor. Especially when you live in an area not known to be particularly friendly to our kind.
I am also a witch. I practice eclectic paganism, basically taking whatever feels right and applying it to whatever I am doing at the moment. My main deity is Nyx, as she guides me through both the light and the shadows. I have a tattoo on my left shoulder marking me as her own.
I am also a writer of both stories and poetry. I will be adding things to my journal, and welcome criticism and feedback on all my work. Someday I hope to publish my novels and perhaps a book of poetry as well.
My passion is animals. With very few exceptions I would save all animals that inhabit Mother Earth and free them from the struggles they may face. I think animal abuse and neglect should be a felon in all states and carry a much stronger punishment than it does. Dog fighters are sick and should be killed in the manner they kill their poor dogs. I am an advocate of pit bulls and if I didn't live with others would own one of my own.
I am currently...technically single, but reality dictates that I am in an 'It's Complicated' situation. I am love with a woman who is married but also in love with me. Her relationship is not 'open', but if we can convince her husband to give me a chance, they are open to bringing me into their relationship. As I said, it's complicated.
I have a degree in Graphic Design that I got in 2008 which means I am out of date in both programs and techniques. I will probably require an abundance of help getting my profile set up the way I want it once I get my lifetime premium membership (oh yes, I will have one in the near future).
Sadly, I am currently unemployed, but I hope to change that soon.
Update 9/23/11:
Found out today that I got a job I went to interview for last week. I am no longer on unemployment's payroll. Score one for me.
Music is my life. Without music, I would wither and die. As you can see from my list of websites, most of the music I like is from over in Europe. My favorite band of all time is Apocalyptica. I have seen them 3 times live, and met them twice. Best nights of my life hands down. I recently (last week) saw Within Temptation, and it was definitely worth it.
I would love to travel someday. Finland, Ireland, Scotland, England and France are the top 5 destinations for me. I will get to these countries for extended vacations someday.
Hmm....unsure what else to say right now. I'm sure I will add more to this section soon.
