Stalk Rosanjiin |
Life has a funny way of working out just when you thought it never will.
My name is Blaire Rosen, but I'm known by many other names: Rosanjiin, TheVampyress, TheMurderess, TheVillianess, Hikaru, LunarMidnightMadness, Miss Dash, Avylon Rose, and quite a few other names. I'm going to clarify right now that I am Blaire, but any of those nicknames, plus a few others, are fine. Well, a few are previous account names on social networking sites. Currently, I am Overkillfantasy on Wattpad, if you ever want to check that out.
Yes, my location says I'm currently in Kyoto, but I'm writing here in perfect English. My mam is from Tokyo, my dad from France (Paris, mind you), and I'm currently living in Sandy, Utah. At least, that's where my family is situated. I am studying abroad in Tokyo (I go to a fancy private school), and staying with my grandparents. I speak Japanese fluently, but I assume a lot of you don't so here I am, writing in English.
I've moved around quite a lot on my short thirteen years old life; I was born in France, moved to Italy for two years, England for seven months, until finally my papa got a job opportunity in America, and we sped are way along to continental US. For six months, we lived in New York. Then my papa joined the military, and we were whisked to Texas, Louisanna, then Arizona. We never stayed in any of these places for more than a few months. A move to Hawaii, then four months later, a move to Wasgington, and my papa was honorably discharged. He was a code breaker. We moved to Sandy, Utah, and that's where we settled, with frequent trips to Tokyo, where my grandparents live now, and Paris, France, where my cousins and aunts and uncles (on my dad's side) live, and Italy, where my grandparents, Papa's side.
I'm “gifted.” A beautiful mind. I've been reading at an eighth grade level since second grade. I speak perfect English. I spend time at the high school in the morning, and afternoons at the U. Yes, we're not just in books and movies and shows. We exist. A lot is us exist. Though I'm not perfect at math or sconce, the Arts, history and English. Fabu-fucking-lous at them. A prodigy, some might say. I play the violin. I'm on the debate team. I'm an aspiring author (my first plan; do a retaking of Persephone and Hades, as I am fascinated by Greek mythology). I draw all the time. That's what I am, what I do.
I love music. All kinds. The only rule on my playlists is no two songs can sound the same. Otherwise it's pouring, repetitive. Some are oldies, some in French, some in Japanese, some rock, some heavy mental, some pop, some mainstream, some unheard of, some death metal, some goth rock, some classical. I listen to it all. My radio is currently turned on a Christmas songs station. I listen to them. I sing along with them. I'm like any other kid that way. I love Christmas.
I watch few animes, despite being part-Japanese. Mostly, because I find them stupid and childish. They're kids shows, cartoons. But some are just too good for me to stick my nose up at. Ouran High School Host Club (Hikaru, Kyouya, Haruhi, and Kaory are my favorite characters. Look, I also couple then together; HikaHaru, KyoKao, but anyway.), Death Note (I hate Near, love L and Light and Ryuk and Sorichio. Misa can die in a ditch. Matsuda is fabulous.), and Ghost Hunt (it's the furst anime I've ever watched and my favorite thing ever. I love it). I recently starting watching an anime called Asami Kiss. My mama walked in and was like, “There's no incesteous twins in this one, right?” And I was laughing too hysterically to answer. But no, sadly, there isn't.
I watch normal shows: The Big Bang Theory, The Middle, Supernsatural, The Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, Lost, The Simpsons, Bones, Criminal Minds, and The X Files. Like I said, I'm not into totally obscure things. Though Inprefer it when they are.
I love Jim Gaffigan. That's a fact of life. Everyone who knows me, knows that. I like Onision, Ellen DeGeneres, Superwoman, KazLovesBats, Jenna Marbles, and all sorts of entertainers. And Tina Fey. Who could forget Tina Fey?
I want to be graphic designer, working for Disney or Dreamworks. An author. I want to do stuff, be someone. Not famous. But I want to be be respected in my field.
I'm lesbian. I have a girlfriend, two ex-girlfriends, and many female celebrity crushes. My current beau is named Rika H, and I love her a lot. I met her at an art class I'm taking here in Tokyo. In two months, we were dating. So, eight months. Which is a long time. She's amazing, funny, beautiful, talented, brilliant, and a but dorky. I think she's perfect. She texts me good morning and good night every day—and all those other texts, too. She keeps me updated, and I like that a lot. I'm a lover of Japan, and need to know all about the culture. Sadly, in two months, I'll be leaving. But we won't break up. We already promised each other that.
That's all you need to know about me. Blessed be. (No, I'm not Wiccan, though I love the term. It's very positive, I think).
