I can truly claim to be a vampire, in the sense that a vampire cannot make their own blood...gotta love 'pernicious anemia' and B-12 shots! Too bad I can only fantasize about the preternatural speed, immortality, stunning beauty and other abilities associated with the undead ;-).

I am working on preparing a quarterly magazine with a "vampire/supernatural" theme. I have a lot of experience writing for a local newspaper and I plan to put that experience to use on this project. While I'm looking for financing and putting the format and business plan together, I also have to find other writers, graphic artists and photographers. I've been lucky enough to find an artist and a couple photographers that might work with me. Till things take off (if they take off ;-), I'll have to work out a trade in advertising! I'm always looking for suggestions and resources if anyone has any.

I'm a 41 year old, divorced, mother of 2...and a beginning/struggling actress. I've had three auditions (my first week) and was offered the role for the second audition, as a college dean (Dean Herman) in a supernatural web series (about vampires, werewolves, ect.) - "Raising Kayn". I'm really excited about the part!

My philosophy on life is that we are the sum total of our experiences and choices (good and bad) and if we like who we are today (and I do) then there are no room for regrets - only room to learn and grow...

I have very eclectic taste & I don't fit in a box. I have several tattoo's and piercings, but I can be just as comfortable in an evening gown, as I can 4-wheeling in jeans in the mud!
