I'm on a path of self discovery. It's odd. When I was a teenager I knew exactly who I was, what my convictions were, and where everyone else could shove it. I was a "troubled teen", the "socially unacceptable". Here I am 10 years later, without a freaking clue.
Before anything else, let me say this...I am VERY happily married so keep your perverted nonsense to yourself!
Writing, Reading, Running (only time I can quiet the storm in my head), Intelligent/Interesting people, Arguing, Annoying uninteresting people, Learning new things, Spending time with my husband and three beautiful boys (Love you!), Being alone, Tattoos (especially tribal), Piercings, Snow, Thunderstorms, Walking/Running/Sex during thunderstorms, Water/Swimming (though I will never step foot in an ocean again), Music,Movies (most of the one's I've seen lately have sucked hardcore) Hiking, Physically exhausting myself, Sleeping/Dreaming, Sex.
Being bored, Rap/Pop/"Rapcore" (?WTF is that anyway?) music, Spending time with the "in-laws", Being alone when I'm feeling lonely, Rude/Ignorant people (If you have to be rude at least have the common decency to be intelligent!), Closed minded people, Rainy day friends, Summer (therefor Texas..the hell I live in, Sorry to all of you who insanely like it here!) Adults that whine (I have a lot of issues with people, in general..maybe that's why I have no friends?!), Vampires that sparkle (I enjoyed the books, could ignore facts I didn't like, but the movie was absolutely dreadful..they could have at least hired actors that knew how to act! And for a movie they new would be a box office hit they could have increased the budget and spent more time and effort on the special effects.)
I love music. I don't have any real favorites, because they change with my mood. Favorite genres include: rock, metal, industrial, goth, some punk, and old school hairbands (thanks to my daddy! lol). Currently on my play list are...Black Label Society, Bile, Kidney Thieves, KMFDM, Sepultura, Manson, Moonspell, Type O Negative, Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Danzig, and Guns N Roses. This is a hard one for me. I absolutely love movies but I am VERY picky about them if they're based on a book I've read. Especially vampire books. Why is it that they cannot make one fucking decent vampire movie?! DO THEY NOT READ THE BOOKS?! Especially what they did to the brilliance of Anne Rice. Someone should have been shot for both of those flops! Who in the right freaking mind would cast TOM FUCKING CRUISE (?!) as Lestat? I won't even get started with The Queen Of The Damned..where they tried to shove over 1,000 pages from two books into one utterly disgusting movie. I didn't mean for this to be a rant, lol. Here are some of the many movies that I will always love...Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissor Hands, American History X, SLC Punk, The Crow, Legend, Willow, Labrynth, The Dark Crystal, Strangeland, Drop Dead Fred, The Breakfast Club, The Batman Movies (mostly for the suit *winks* and the Bat Mobile, minus the first one...I hate Michael Keaton), Max and Me, Girl Interrupted, Bound (If I wasn't married, I'd do Jennifer Tilly...shhhhhh.) There are a lot more..I'll add them as I remember them. :P
I have many interests, mainly those dark supernatural goodies that go bump in the night. I've always been drawn to the unknown. I'm currently working on a book about vampires. This is my second go at it..I lost everything I had written a few months ago when my mother board and hard drive fried. I love to write. But at that point I almost said fuck it! It's been slow going and it's taking a completely different turn than it did the first time. Anywho, those are my two main interests..writing...and the supernatural. Others are Art, Photomanipulations, Video games (I'm currently playing Fable 2, and Oblivion Game of the year edition, both for the second time), Religions, and learning.
I'm a very complicated person, just ask my husband. Around people I don't know I'm the very shy loner type. Get to know me and I'm a goofy, asshole, opinionated, fun loving, loving, gentle, honest, loyal, organized, scatter brained, confused, rational, open minded, protective, controlling, open hearted, guarded, impatient, patient, frisky, paradox.
