Another thing is that I can understand the thoughts and feelings of most animals. They don't think like we do, of course, with words and pictures. Its mostly instinct and emotion.
My animal totem is the Cat.
My shadow guardian is the Raven.
Other, miner totems include the snake, the wolf, and the dragon.
I am naturally empathic. Its not like on the show Charmed, where I'll lash out in anger, if someone standing next to me is pissed off. I am just good at telling when something is bothering someone, even if they try to hide it. I'm pretty good at telling who I can trust and who I can't trust (and I mean people that I'm not emotionally attached to).... If something feels hinky, I'll give someone the benefit of the doubt, but the second someone betrays my trust, its very hard for them to redeem themselves. I have an affinity for fire. I have this weird ability to get empty lighters to light, more than once. It hardly happens anymore, but its something I've noticed I can do. Fire is my main element, but I have a small affinity for them all. I feel most at home, when I'm in the center of a cast circle. Feeling them each as they are called from their directions of origin. :)

I was born in Minot, ND AFB Hospital. My mom, dad, and step dad were in the Air Force together. I lived in South Carolina for most of my life. I lived in FL for a while when I was younger. I spent 18 months in TN at the age of 14, to get to know my dad. I haven't seen him, or my siblings since. The last school I went to was Swansea High School, in Swansea, SC. During that time, I lived in Gaston, SC. Of all the times in my life, those couple of years are the ones I miss the most. I now live in MI. I am here because I lost everything. I came to MI with the clothes on my back, and my purse.... I am still trying to get on my own two feet after living here for two years. No one wants to hire a high school drop out, with no work experience in this state. They don't care that I dropped out of high school because my grandmother wouldn't let me get a job to help her financially, otherwise. They don't care that I am here because of losing everything... They don't care....
I am a loving, loyal friend who helps everyone out with their problems, while ignoring most of mine. I'm in my element when giving advice.
I use to be a member of VampireFreaks.com . I hate what its changed into, these days... I use to be a member of a group that gave advice to teenage kids that were on the edge, and not in a good way. The cutters and the suicidal kids. Don't dog 'em, til you know 'em. Those kids need help.... I left that site because it has become a joke.... A safe haven for those who want to look cool on the darker side of life, without actually living it...
I am grateful for all the amazing people in my life, both past and present, even those that hurt me. Without their influence, the pain, the love, the friendships, and the backstabbing, I would not be the wonderful person I am today. DON'T let my description fool you. MUSIC PLAYERS THAT AUTO START!!!!
I HATE going to a page and the music auto starts. That's forcing me to listen to music that I may or may not like. That music is for you! Its nice to SEE what you like. I don't want to be forced to listen to it. And FYI: for those that don't have speedy computers, having a music player auto start makes the page load slowly. It may also lock up the internet browser/computer. If this happens, you don't get a rate from me, as I have to close the tab/window. I won't go back to a page that does that. (causes the browser/computer to freeze) Not all of us can afford to keep our computers up to date. Be more considerate. There are options to turn off the auto start, from most websites that offer embed codes for player. :) If I want to listen to your player/music, I'll turn it on while I'm reading your page. :)
I get along with most people, but I hate when they do something mean or stupid.
Animal cruelty. That will get you a boot to the head. Abusing anyone. That will get you a shovel to the face. Both are acts of cowardice. Picking on someone or something that may or may not be able to defend itself/them self to make you look/feel superior... It just makes you look like an ass...
I don't like being lied to. I know we are all human, or mostly human, and to lie is in the nature, but there's no need to be mean and deceitful. I try my damnedest to be as honest as possible, I'd expect you to show me the same courtesy.
People who think I'm a moron, just because I can't spell. Yes, I am aware that there is spell check, but there's only so much it can do. Most of my errors are TYPING, not spelling errors. I type really lightly and miss letters, or get them in the wrong order. when that's the case, sometimes spell check doesn't work.
People who think their life is shitty because mommy or daddy won't buy then the newest or latest thing. They whine and bitch about their suburban life. You drive a bran new car, you go to the best school, mommy and daddy give you everything you want. Stop complaining!!! I grew up with NOTHING. I still have NOTHING, and you don't see me threatening to kill myself. Get over yourself. You wouldn't survive the real world!
