My Explanations
I am a huge believer in non-sexual love and enjoy it very much. This non-sexual love is love like with your parents, siblings, friends etc... .
Compare these relations to sexual relations that you have had. I think that you will find that in general they are far more simplistic. So much so that love can basically be summed up to a definition of sorts. If you treat me well for a long enough period and continually do nice things for me then I will want to do the same for you, this will escalate to bigger and bigger things. Now relate this to your parents just for example. You are born, they want you to have a better life than they (excludes the mentally disturbed) so they show you kindness by taking care of you, feeding you, bathing you etc... . By the time you become consciously sentient you unconsciously know the things they have done for you and simply wish to return their kindness. This forms a bond known as love and is very close to the Golden Rule. Another great example is the dog, need I say more.
The reason I find sexual love repulsive is because it tends to complicate things in my view. A certain bond is formed that makes one inclined to keep that bond. Sounds all well and good except for the fact that I feel a more pure bond is created in the absence of sexual activity. (A bond I trust to be much more stable and clear). I see teenagers today constantly jump into such relationships and then I watch as they quickly die. I see people take their time before going into such relations and I see the relationship become at least slightly forced, and hesitant. I see none of this in simple friendships, which can have their own levels of commitment and love, but none of which was quickly gained, forced, or hesitant.
When I say that my location is purgatory I mean that I live on earth. I find purgatory to be not quite heaven and not quite hell which to me sounds just like earth.

Interests
Music
I love classical, ethereal, dance, metal, black metal, doom metal, Rammstein, H.I.M, The 69 Eyes, bands like Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Children of Bodom, Hypocrisy, and Strapping Young Lad tend to tickle my fancy as well.
Some of my favorite H.I.M songs are Funeral of Hearts, Sigillum Diaboli, In Joy and Sorrow, and Gone with the Sin. There are just so many good ones that I only put up 4. Otherwise I would just be copying the track listings of the CDs.
Movies
I love vampires quite a lot; I loved Interview with the Vampire and The Hunger. Ever since I saw some Hammer Horror Dracula films, I just fell in love with them. But outside of vamp films I have to say The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of my favs. (excluding martial arts films which I love a bunch too, go Bruce Lee hehehe)
Games
My favorite game is Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, for some reason I have been losing interest in games rapidly as of the late.
Literature
I almost hate to admit it because so many others sit in the same boat as I, but I would have to say my current favorite author is Anne Rice, I just finished Queen of the Damned a couple weeks ago (such beautiful ideas). Besides her I am gonna have to say Terry Goodkind are where my loyalties lie.
I also am finding myself most fond of The Picture of Dorian Grey, the paradoxs, the truths, the vainity of it all, and most above everything the beauty. I must say that this book is absolutly lovely, I most definitly intend to own it one day soon.
General Info on me
I am an introvert that ranges from not wanting to even to talk to family to talking a lot to people here and there, except on this site, I love talking with pretty much everyone here :)
In more specific terms I am just a goth guy (dresses as such here and there) that lives in Aurora, Colorado (such an exciting place zzzzzz). And of course I am my own person, I simply generally fit into the label of goth, there are a few other aspects of other labels I tend to fall into as well. I go to school, I come home, relax, read, do homework your average run of the mill life. I don't really have any friends; I don't think people much enjoy my appearance for the most part so they don't try to get to know me. That and I am usually very hesitant about new people, which I suppose makes me come off as cold. The friends I do have though I am quite close to and wouldn't trade a 1000 new friends for any of them. I am currently on a path to try and go out for computer programming, which as of yet is going decently but not great.
Religious Stuff
I am an established Christian but I do study other faiths and ideas for inspiration and reform for my own believes. I think the term Spiritual Christian just might fit in nicely. I am also not one of those bloody Bible thumpers though, which also means that I am not a fan of church either.
Lately I have been most infatuated with Wicca, so I would love it if anyone you guys would like to chat about it and maybe teach me some things. I have been really curious about healing others.
I find interest in the occult, and what not because it gives me escape from this world which is oh so soothing.
