If you don't want anyone to rate you while your profile was blank then you should have put more on it in the beginning that was worth rating and you wouldn't have to rate everyone 1s. All you had to say was 'Please don't stamp me." and I would have left you a nice little comment or no comment at all. And your little 1 did nothing to my rating thinger. Honestly I wouldn't even be doing this but you caught me one a bad day
