Follow me into my world, see what I see, know what I know, and dream what I dream. And no its not a nightmare, its a blessing, one only I could understand. It has no meaning, and it doesn't want one. There is no other form of living known to me. I have been raised this way. I have been raised to live my life to my standards. I will let people in and I will take people out as I choose. But if you dare to come with me, just know that its you that wont survive.
I love the beautiful, simple things in life. It doesn't take much to amaze me. I have realized that everything that exists has a meaning whether it be big or small. I love the feeling when your dancing in the rain and it is hitting your face and you just feel like your free and nothing can stop you, it makes you feel like you still have this little bit of innocence left in you. I love the feeling of going to the grave yard and just sitting in its peacefulness. I love going in to the linen closet and sticking my head in all the freshly washed and warm towels and screaming as loud as I can, and pretend that no one heard me. I love drawing things on my arms and legs and pretending they are tattoos. I love to just blare all random kinds of music and pretend I am the only one in the whole world. I love seeing people smile when there is no real reason to be smiling. I love the smell of baking cookies in the oven and then eating them right when the get out and they are all mushy and melt in your hand. Cuddling up in bed with all my blankets and pillows just because I can. Staying in bed all day and watching random things on tv and eating junk food. I love the way it feels when I do something and it feels like I have already done it even when I know I haven't. I love getting lost in the woods for hours and pretending I am really strong and nothing can scare me. I love it when I lose something and then go back and find it a few years later, I get that feeling of accomplishment. Hearing the voice of someone I love calms me down and I don't worry about anything that is going on in my life. Blowing bubbles and trying to catch them in my hand even when I know they always pop, and running around in circles just to make sure I catch every single one of them before they hit the ground. Sticking your hands and feet out the car window when your driving. Watching the fire burn, and not realizing anything else is going on around you. Curling up in a blanket on a really cold day and drinking hot chocolate, and eating popcorn. Dancing in the living room with my little brothers to really old music, and teaching them that life is amazing even if you have nothing.
Enjoy the simple things before they are all gone. They are the things that mean the most.
