Moved into my new house in June. Trying to get settled. Been a big adjustment going from a large house to a much smaller house and downsizing. Putting things that matter in temporary places until you can get stuff out of storage and decide what to get rid of next. At my old house I had a Zen garden around the box where the cable/internet ran with 3 Buddhas and other heads and rocks, plants, and a birdbath. I have them right now on my screened in porch in one of the corners. All facing in. One day 2 were facing out in parallel. I thought... Hmmm, OK. Then last weekend my in-laws visited. Everything tidy in the house. They came Saturday and left Sunday before lunchtime. Shower was never used. Monday morning, the shower curtain was thrown open and the drain stopper down. No one had used the bath or shower!!! Last night, I jump in bed and crash out. I have my head pillow and my side pillow I prop on. About 5 in the morning the pup needs to go out and the hubby takes her out. I get up for a bathroom break with my eyes half open. Get back into bed and the cover from my side pillow is in a bunch on my head pillow!!!! Needless to say, I smudged the house inside and out and put salt across all entries into my house UGH!
