From the upper right thumbnail down to a backward L. 1) The wet seasonings and the gluten and dry seasonings. 2) The two mixed together. 3) Form it into loaves. 4) Roll into cheesecloth and tie ends. Then you boil it in a broth until it gets firm. 5) Finished loaf. 6) Thin sliced on my meat slicer, put in the crock pot and voila!
