I am going on an Earth Day field trip with my best friend from up north tomorrow. She is driving down to Indy. We are headed to a farm sanctuary in southern Indiana. I had planned on being asleep by now but my intestines have another plan right now...ugh!!!

I got off of steroids about 3 weeks ago. I tried to hold out since the weather has been nice. Over the weekend my toes flared up big time!!!! Back on the steroids and the insomnia that happens when I get back on them! Ugh!

It has been a long ass week! It always wreaks havoc on my mind and body when I am getting off steroids after being on them for months. It makes me pretty sick when I am coming off of them. So I tend to just lay low and not talk to anyone. I know it may be too early to get off of them, but I will take a chance. Last year was way too many months on them. So yes, I am alive for those that peek in on my journal. Thanks.
