Managed a 6 mile hill climb this morning ..2,500 calorie burn. Not a lot, but I took my time heh.. No racing around here. Just getting ready for 150 mile walk next month. Mind you 2 weeks of that will be in Malta and we have decided to walk from city to city instead of hiring a car 🚗 :)
30 Kgs in dead lifts today 3 x 10 reps. I am a bit of a light weight, I guess heh.
Next week will be different..I have taken 4 days off to focus on health, well-being and fitness. Two sessions a day booked.
