Got my leg extensions up to 27.5 kgs today. In American money I think that's 60 pounds or so. Hmmmm, my maths isn't great on conversions but I think that's right! So, after a 250 mile drive, I did 30 minutes cardio and broke into peak zone and 30 minutes of weights. Getting strong again and it feels good!
4 sets of leg extensions x 15
4 sets of leg pulls x 15
4 sets of arm pulls x 15
4 sets of squats x 10
10 minutes of high intensity hill climb
10 minutes of resistance cycling.
Not a bad wee work out at the gym today. Progressing back into dead lifts again. Soon.
I have now integrated Pilates and Yoga into my gym sessions .

Exercising on a Monday should be made illegal, if diets have to start on monday (womens logic) then exercise should be banned until Tuesday.... well done btw :)

Lol thanks.. I used to be crazy enough to get up at stupid o"clock on a Monday to go for a spin session at the gym before I even had something to eat. Just to burn off some extra excess weekend calories!
