Today:
1 hour boxercise and cardio with Niall. Phew.. Glad to be home!
Session 1 from 1pm to 2pm
1. Hillclimbing 1 mile
2. Resistance Cycling 20 minutes
3. Weights 30 minutes
Session 2. 5.30 to 6.30pm
Spin cycling 45 minutes
26th 3.2 miles non stop running and 30 minu tes interval training between the bike and hand boxing with two 3kg weughts. Half near killed me after all the Christmas carbs! Wide awake now what with all the sugars floating in my system so I am going to get up and do another burn down the gym. Might do two sessions today!
I need gym bad! Today, I intend to run at least three miles non-stop, and go for a trek on the bicycle. If there is a spin class on, I may do that. Well will see, but gym here I come!
Working with Niall today.. one hour of straight cardio which included boxing and interval training.
It surely made my heart THUMP big time! I have to do this interval training, and get on top of it. I won't let it beat me.
I have decided like another member I know to keep a workout diary. It will be interesting to record what I do, so I can reflect on all the hard work each time I fee a sugar rush!
Today..
Weights for 1 hour and..
Interval training toggling between jogging and sprinting for 10 mins. Managed 1 mile and a 76 calorie burn with internal training. I'd say a lot more was burned with the weights. My upper body muscles were on fire because I worked them that much!
