I spoke to my favorite kiwi and his gf last night. Lmfao! I haven't had a good laugh like that in so long. I missed them!!!!

The mermaid parade was a blast! If you look at my Facebook user pic, you can see what I had on for it. Lol

Was shortly wearing the volunteer shirt over it. Had a lot of fun. My boyfriend was with me. We did parade Marshalling, then marched in it, went to the beach ceremony and the after party ( which sadly wasn't good this year) There was tons of free shit as always. And I kept getting extra, my boyfriend didn't. He looked at me like... Wtf?! Like how I can get the last can of beer and he gets nothing, lmfao. Not to worry, I let him have it, lol. Sorta.



I can't wait for next year! Its my favorite thing ever!

Asked a pro for advice and I got the same lame answers I could have gotten form anyone else. Heh. I need to relax among other things. I say, "There, I'm relaxed. Pftt. It's easier said than done. I'm way impatient. I just want it over with."



No one will let me relax. I don't know how to take my time.

Pearl paint is gone. I'm heart broken. There was no other store like it. Plus, it's where I had decided to meet him. Now it'll be that old abandoned building we tell people about years from now. :/

I wish I had stocked up on supplies.

May 28th 2013, the day my old life died and I didn't even know it.

I wish I could ask someone on here, a medical question but it'd seem really creepy. Cause I feel like we don't know each other that well.



So... Hows the weather? Heh...



I should get my insurance renewed and make a doctors appointment. Meh, I don't have the time.



Last weekend was so fun. We went to tgi Fridays finally. Got to order loads of crap. And last Saturday we went to the vegetarian soup kitchen. Met my bf and we took our neighbors there. Everyone got along cause we're a bunch of hippies. Lol

Afterwards we went to strawberry fields in central park. I took pics, then dropped him off at the train station. We took our neighbors to trader joes.



We all went food shopping. The ride home was nuts.

The other day I was washing my face. I went to wipe it dry and the tissue got caught in my nose stud, almost pulling it out. I pushed it back in and it bleed a little. Put pressure and it stopped. I call that, "UT! GOT YER NOSE! HAHAHA!!"



Last week was funny also, lol.

At work I purposely put my phone away from me so that when the alarm clock goes off I get my ass up. Well, my mysterious hurting hip acted up on me and my whole left leg was numb. I got up and BAM, on the floor I was, haha! I crawled to stop the alarm, lol. This week the pain is completely gone. Vanished as fast as it came. I wish I knew why this happens.



I'm really enjoying the weather. Its much better than these stupid harsh winters we've had. Now I won't hear my bf say, "Look at her nail beds, they're blue! How cool is that?!" LOL I'm totally a summer girl for sure. Its not even hot enough for me yet. I'm still wearing hoodies and layers in 70 degree weather, lol.

Happy Shavuot. I made a dairy kugle for the first time today. It came out really well. I'm going to shul tomorrow, I think. And mom and sis are going tonight.



During this holiday a lot of Jews eat dairy products. Cheesecakes, blintzes, you name it.

Update on life. The same day I found the down under bakery, I had rushed out to bring my mom to the doctors. That's how we happened to find it. We decided that after the docs we'd go to the Manhattan location. And it was because i had planned on going to Manhattan anyway. You see, I got news that the London candy company was closing.

we went to the other pie shop and I got mom their Shepards pie. It was more money and she said it wasn't as good as the Brooklyn location. They sold something called HP sauce for about 8$. Which we got at the London shop for 3 something.



We got tons of chocolates and a tin of tea and 3 ginger beers. The guy on tv who owns the place is the person who sold us the candy, lol.

It was a long day and we got home at 4 in the morning cause of train delays.



Last Sunday although I didn't go to the parade, mom and sister went, or at least attempted to.

They were too late. But they ran into a bunch of street fairs and got tons of goodies for free. Rule number 907 of urban survival, wait till the end of a fair for free shit.



They dropped off food at my work. I had fried pickles which are fucking amazing! I had a whole tray of falafel balls, tombuli salad, rice pudding chocolate covered cherries, and Chinese food.

They even got a bunch of Cds, from Radiohead, to Nirvana to the cranberries.
