Just pack everything and the kids and leave. No matter how its sounds impossible, get going. You need to think of the children.

Children can never live in this nightmare. Can never live properly in broken homes. So get the kids and leave for good. Create a good life for you and them.

There is nothing but darkness now but you need to leave and not call anyone about your decision. Do not trust anyone but yourself.

You do not need a man or woman in your life. You need yourself and your strength.

Do not fall into drug and alcohol vice no matter how tempting it is. Just move on and keep healthy for them. No healthy parent no good survival skills comes out.

If your parents are about honour and refuse your way of thinking to leave, they will get over it that you did not call them on your plans. Just trust yourself and nothing else.
