The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

This is a story like none other you have ever heard. It deals with Trust, Betrayal, Love, and a little bit of Revenge. It all starts out in the darkest part of the woods, where one of the most skilled clan of assassinates lived, but the strange thing about it is they are wolf demons. They are known as the Nightmare wolves, their leader’s name is Kaon. He is one of the strongest of all well that is excluding his brother Koga. Kaon has a son and a young daughter, and his mate Sakumi as well. He would do anything to protect them, even if it means to give his own life to do so. His brother on the other hand despises him, Koga hates having to fallow orders from his little brother. Plus he says he stole the wolf of his dreams. Oh, and also his right hand man is named Faine. Faine has known Kaon and Sakumi his hole life; they helped train him when he was little and Faine has always been at Kaon’s side. Kage is right now about 5 years old she is Kaon’s daughter. He trains her constantly; from the day she was able to walk to now she has been trained day in and day out. Also Faine helps her in secret to improve her skills as an assassinate. Did I forget to mentson that their all assassinates. Anyways lets get on with the story.

A few years had past to be precise 11 years, scene she was 5. Now she was 15 and was such a beautiful wolf demon. She had been on countless missions and her beauty was what keeps her a live. The guys would think she was so beautiful by just looking at her Ice blue eyes. She allows wears a mask though when she is on a mission.

“ That was fun don’t you think Faine?” Kage said as she pulled off her mask and looked at him.

“ Yeah, I guess so, but I think you like going on missions to much.” Faine said smiling at her. “ Faine, she is just like you, you used to love going on missions.” Kaon said as he looked back at Faine with a pleasant smile on his face. They arrived at their village in the woods everyone was so happy to see their Lords and Ladies safe. They arrived at the castle. Kage rushed to her room to change in to her training clothes. She changed her clothes and rushed out the castle doors.

Kage arrived at the waterfall she always practiced at. She went and sat under the water and stared to meditate. She sat there for about 30 minuets and heard something coming towards the area she was in; she jumped out form under the waterfall. She landed in the shallow water of the little pond that she was meditating in. She could hear someone running toward her but she wasn’t sure who it was. The next thing she knew was she was tackled into the water. She was held down there by something, but she wasn’t sure what it was. She couldn’t move something was holding her down. She looked up out of the water and saw to demons up above the water, she couldn’t tell what they were, the water made it hard for her to tell. Finally they left and both Kage and what ever was holding her down there came up.

She gasped for air and climbed out of the pond, she looked at who was holing her under water. When she looked to see who it was she couldn’t believe her eyes. He was so handsome. He had long black hair that was pulled back into a ponytail, he had beautiful green eyes, and he was a wolf demon as well. He looked at her as he stood up; he walked over to her and helped her get up.

“ Are you ok?” he asked with a worried look on his face. Kage was speech less; she was trying to think if she had met him before, and if so from where.

“ Miss are you ok, hello” the demon, asked waving his hand in front of her face trying to get her attention. “ Oh, I’m sorry I must have blanked out there.” She said taking his hand. “You had me worried there for a second.” He said smiling as he pulled her up.

She blushed at him as he helped her stand up. “Are you ok, I didn’t mean to hold you under the water for that long.” He said scratching the back of his head. “ It’s all right.” Kage said smiling at him.

“You’re a very pretty demon. May I ask what your name is miss?” he said with a smile on his face. “My name is Kage, may I ask the name of you sir?” She said looking at him. “ Oh my name is Athron it is very nice to meet you Kage.” He said as he bowed in respect. “ So who were those men that were chasing you good sir.” She said with a kind smile. Athron just looked at her not saying anything. “ Well that is a long story Kage. You see I’m am the prince of a wolf demon clan near here, and well I sort of got into a little trouble with the guards.” He said scratching the back of his head. “ Oh really what did you do?” Kage said with a curious look on her face. “ Uh…. Well it involved a pouch and punch.” He said looking at the sky. Kage just giggled a little; she looked at him as he blushed a little.

“ Kage what are you doing? Your suppose to be training right know and who the hell is this mangy mutt?” Faine said with a little anions in his voice as he stepped out from behind the trees. Kage and Athron just looked at him, Kage looked away from her father’s right hand man assumed of nothing, but she did know she was supposed to be training. “I’m sorry Faine, I just got a little side tracked is all.” Kage said looking at the ground. Athron couldn’t believe how she was acting. She seemed like she was scared of this demon, but he wasn’t sure why she was so scared. Faine looked at the young wolf demon next to Kage. He just gave the demon an evil glare and looked back to Kage. “ Lets go. The King is waiting for you.” Was all that Faine said as he turned and walked away. Kage looked at Athron and said goodbye to him and followed Faine. As Kage and Faine walked back to the palace they where quiet. He was very disappointed in her he was not sure how she could have started talking to someone like him. Faine had hared something about that wolf demon. But he wasn’t sure what it was all he knew was that he was bad luck. Faine and Kage arrived at the placed, as soon as they did a servant ran and grabbed them both and pulled them both to the king. They rushed to the thrown room as quick as possible. “ So you finally decided to join us you to?” The kings asked looking down at them form his thrown with his piercing red eyes. His loving queen on the other hand was sweet and said welcome back we have been waiting on you to. Kage immediately run up to her mother and father and hugged them. Faine on the other hand just walked up to his position by the king. Soon the king called in for his man that had gone on the mission to come in. There were people cheering and music being played for the brave warriors. All the men that went on the mission excluding Kage and Faine nailed before their king and queen and royal children. The king stood he looked over his well trained assassinates. “ Well done man you fought bravely and courageously. I congratulate you on your victory.” The queen had nothing to say but nodded to congratulate their victory. “ Let the feast begin!!” Kaon announced. Music played food come rolling out of the royal kitchen and it all smelled and sounded so delicious and grand. They ate and shortly after they danced. Kage had plenty of gentle men wanting to dance with her but her first dance when to her father’s right hand man Faine. Then her father and then to whom ever else would have liked to dance. The queen had nothing to say but nodded to congratulate their victory. “ Let the feast begin!!” Kaon announced. Music played food come rolling out of the royal kitchen and it all smelled and sounded so delicious and grand. They ate and shortly after they danced. Kage had plenty of gentle men wanting to dance with her but her first dance when to her father’s right hand man Faine. Then her father and then to whom ever else would have liked to dance. Kage what are you doing?” the sudden voice spooked her she jumped from the surprise of the voice. She turned to see who it was and it was her uncle Koga. “Oh uncle I didn’t realize that it was you I’m sorry.” She was so embarrassed because Athron and the elders turned and looked at her to make sure she was all right. Athron just smiled when he saw who it was. “ Young one do you know who that is?” one of the elders asked Athron. “Uh… I’m sorry do what elder?”

“ Do you know who that young wolf is?” the elder said smiling at Athron

Athron new her name but he didn’t really know anything else about her and he really wanted to know who she was. “ Who is she elder?” Athron said with a curios tone. The elder giggled a little at Athron’s curiosity. “She is the princess of this clan she is princess Kage her father is the leader of this clan. She is one of the best assassins her. Some people call her the beautiful death or the lovely shadow… but most everyone in this clan calls her Shadow by coed name. But her victims say other wise.” The elder said a smile on his face. “Yes I have seen her kill and I know how she is. A temptress.”

Athron’s eyes widen at the last thing the elder had said. “Temptress… what do you mean by that elder?” the elder just looked up at the young wolf demon. “ It is just like I said she is a temptress in her work. Her beauty distracts her victims before she kills. That is a specialty of hers. That is why she usually wears a mask when she is on the job only rarely will she not wear one. But young one if you have an eye for her be careful. Because you see that young man over there in the thrown next to hers?” the elder looked up at Athron. Athron just nodded to respond to the elder’s question. “That is her father’s right hand man and he is very protective of the young princess so watch out for him.” Athron just nodded.

“Uncle is every thing all right?” Kage asked looking up at her uncle.

Her uncle didn’t say anything but took a quick look at Athron then looked down at Kage. “Do you know him?” He looked at her with an angry look in his eye. “Who uncle?” she wasn’t sure who he was talking about. “That young man over by the elders do you know him? Well answer me!” He grabbed her by the arm and started to pull her away. She fallowed. Athron watch as her uncle pulled her away and he saw the pain stricken face Kage made when Koga grabbed her arm. He looked back up to the thrown where Kage’s father’s right hand man had been and he was no longer there. Athron left the elders and went into the crowd of people. He was trying to see where Koga had drug Kage off to but he wasn’t able to see were he had gone then all of a sudden it went quiet and everyone got still and looked to the middle of the room.

“Koga what do you thing you’re doing?” A deep voice said. “I’m taking this little brat to her room where else would I take her.” Koga said with anger in his voice.

Athron waived his way throw the crowd of people to see what was going on. When he reach the opening to were the three wolf demons were standing he saw that Koga had a good grasp on Kage’s arm cause she had a look of pain in her eyes but she didn’t show it on her face and then in front of them stood a tall muscular wolf demon. He wasn’t sure who it was but he had a good idea that it was Faine. “I’m going to say this one time and one time only let her go know she has done nothing wrong.” Faine narrowed his dark blue eyes at Koga. Koga didn’t say anything to him in return and didn’t let go of Kage but instead tighten his grip on her arm. Kage winched in pain at her uncle’s grip and Athron knew she was in pain. When Faine saw she was in pain he got furious. He balled his fist up ready to strike at Koga but before he could take a swing Kaon came and asked what was going on. Koga just looked at his little brother and Faine looked at Kaon in surprise.

“Faine what is going on here and Koga why do you have a hold of my daughter like that?” Koga just stood there glaring at his brother. “ Well my lord Koga her was trying to take Kage to her room for no apparent reason. I figured I would figure out what he was up to. Plus he seems to be hurting her.” Faine said looking at Kaon.

“Well is this true Koga?”

“Yes this little brat was watching our enemies.” Koga said with a little bit of irritations in his voice and his grip tighten again and this time his claws started to dig in to her arm causing her to bleed and scream out in pain. Kage closed her eyes and grabbed her arm form the pain as the room fell silent and turned and looked at the for in the middle of the room.

“Koga I’m not sure what enemies you are talking about for there are no enemies in this castle.” Kaon said with authority and worry for his daughter in his voice. “Yes there is all these other demons here are our enemies I seriously don’t see why you let them in here. You should know that they are all against us. Father wasn’t even this way little brother. He at least had some backbone. Unlike you brother”



Kaon couldn’t say anything. “ Koga let go of her now. She has done no wrong to us or the clan unlike you. So release the princess immediately.” Faine said in place of the king.

“ You little piece of …” Koga was cut short by a blade at his through. Release the princess or I’ll be sure to kill you myself. Everyone who new this clan would have thought it was Faine that would of done that to protect the princess, but to their surprise it was the prince of a different clan. “LORD ATHRON!” His loyal servants called to him. He payed no ation to them but keep his eye on Koga. “ You little brat. Why are you trying to save her?" Koga said as he stared down the young prince. “I have my reasons now let her go.” Athron started to push the blade of his dagger closer to Koga’s neck. Koga released Kage, and she ran to her father and his right hand man. She looked back at Athron as he slowly moved his blade away form Koga’s neck.



Kage looked at him surprised at his bravery at saving her. Athron turned to look at Kage.

“Are you ok princess?” Athron said as he looked at her. Kage nodded but then looked down at her arm. She had forgotten that here uncle had dug his claws into her arm and made her bleed. She grabbed her wound to try and stop the bleeding. Athron pulled out an old handkerchief and went and raped it around her arm to help stop the bleeding. After he tied it he looked at her and smiled. A slight blush ran across his face.



“There you go, all fixed up my lady.” He looked down at the floor to embarrass to look at her. “ Thank you.” She said with a slight blush on her face that she was trying to hide.



“ Young man what is your name?” The king asked placing a hand on his daughters shoulder. Athron looked up to the king not sure what to say. “Well boy…” The king just looked down at him. Athron shook his head. “ Uh … My name is Athron my lord.” He said bowing in respect. “Well young Athron I owe you for helping my daughter.” Kaon said sticking his hand out to shake Athron’s. He accepted the king’s hand of graduated.

The king looked at everyone in the room. “Well let us continue with the Feast!” everyone cheered and started dancing once more. Faine returned to his seat to keep an eye on Kage. And Her father asked Athron if he would like to have the next dace with his beloved daughter. Athron said yes with no hesitation. The King just smiled and went on with his business. Kage looked at Athron not sure of what do say. Athron bowed and looked up at her. “ May I have this dance my lady?” All Kage could do is nod her head she was speechless. As the music started to play they started dancing. The moved so gracefully together. Everyone stopped and watch the two of them dance and when the music stopped so did they. They looked into each other’s eyes and were lost until someone came and taped Kage on the shoulder asking her for the next dance. She looked at the person and then back to Athron and closed her eyes she bowed to Athron thanking him for the dance and went off with the other person. Athron just stood there and watched her dance.

Not to long after he walked out of the room where all of the festivities were being held and stepped out onto the balcony he looked up at the moon and thought of a certain ice blue eyed wolf dancing with others inside. He couldn’t seem to get her out of his head. He wasn’t sure why either could it of been like the elder said. Could it be that temptress side of her coming out and taking hold of him. “ Hey boy…” someone said as they walked out onto the balcony with him. Athron turned to see who it was. “ Thank you for saving her when I was unable to.” Athron was still a pit spooked but soon got over it. “ What do you mean for saving her.” Athron wasn’t sure what the person was talking about or who the person was. “ What I mean boy is for saving the princess from her uncle.” Athron just stood there for a few moments and then finally spoke.

“ It was no problem. I wasn’t about to let her get hurt. I have heard one to many good things about her, and a few things that I’m still curiosa if they are true.” Athron said trying to get a good look at the person he was talking to.

“ Hmm…. You’re a wise one I’ll give you that. But I advise you to say away form her. People like you should stay away form people like her or you might get hurt.” With those last few words the person Athron was talking about went back into the castle and left Athron wondering why he said that he might get hurt.
