Ha ha i just found my cig's. I haven't smoked in about 4-5 days. LMAO i did not even realize it until i found them. I guess i'm not really a smoker.

This is what i do or not do.....
No fast foods. ok once a week is ok
No soda. Only water or tea
No milk. We are the only mammal that drinks milk after we are winged off our mothers breast/formula. I use 1% for my coffee and such
Nothing out of a box or can. Like Mac-n-cheese or Cambells soups. ect.
No box cereal. only natural stuff like Oatmeal or grits.
Do not use artificial sweeteners. No Splenda or Sweet-n-low. Use only normal reqular sugar. 1 reg teaspoon. that is all.
Use fresh veggies as much as possible
To flavor your food use fresh Onios bellpeppers ect.
Stay away form adding too much extra salt.
No chips or junk foods.
And i haven't even begun to exercise. I would hate to see what would happen if i did exercise.
I Dont want to loose any more weight!!! My size 8 pants are starting to get baggy. I want to stay at the size i am now. I hate being so thin, I just want to stop getting skinny.
Any one else out there having this problem??

Im packing on weight recently, the stupid medication I am on; I think I could eat nothing and still gain weight. O.o
