This is a two-part spell I designed for people who have recently ended a relationship but feel that they just can't let go.





You will need:

one egg

one pink candle

rose petals

lemon balm

honey

rose oil (optional)



Take the egg in one hand. Sit quietly and think about the relationship you have just ended, and your feelings about splitting up. Allow all your negative feelings, grief, frustration and loneliness to come to the surface. Cry, howl and bawl if you need to - the end of a relationship is like a death and you should allow yourself to grieve and not feel ashamed about it.



While thinking about the relationship, take the egg and roll it gently over your face and forehead. Imagine that the egg is like a sponge which can soak up your grief, your need, and all the negative emotions which are holding you back and dampening your spirits. Project all your unhappiness over the relationship into the egg and let it soak up all your negative feelings.



When you feel that the egg has sucked up all your unhappiness and negative feelings over this broken relationship, take it to a plot of earth - preferably not your own garden - and bury it. If it must be on your property, bury it as far as possible from your house. Know that the negative feelings and depression you projected onto the egg are being absorbed and neutralized by the earth.



Return to your house, preferably to your own bedroom or some place where you spend a lot of time. Make yourself some lemon balm tea with some of the rose petals, and sweeten it to taste with honey. Sprinkle the rest of the rose petals around the candle and yourself, if you have enough. Light the candle. Imagine the warmth of the candle and the scent of the rose petals combining and filling the room with warmth, sweet rose scent and soft pink light. Let the pink light and scent fill you with loving warmth and comfortable feelings.



If you have some, anoint your chest just over the heart with a little rose oil.



Sip the lemon balm tea. Say quietly and with conviction:

'Gentle balm, soothe my heart

Bring to me your healing art'.



Imagine yourself surrounded by love and peace, sheltered from discomfort and loneliness. Know that you deserve love and that you are now free of your previous relationship and open to a new one. Gaze into the candle flame and imagine yourself happy and healed, living a joyful and fulfilling life without the person you have just broken up with.

Healing After a Rape



Items needed: 2 candles - one black and one white, tooth pick, salt, black marker & paper, food & drink for you and the goddess, incense, garden spade or spoon or heat-proof pot, spring water with a pinch of salt in it.



Carve in the black candle on one side the word "Heal." On the other side "RAPE" with a circle and a line through it . On the white candle your going to carve "HEALING LOVE OF GODDESS." Save for later



Sit down and write what happen to you in black marker. Put all the hate and anger and how you feel on that paper. If you cry, let the tears fall on the paper. This is what your going to be offering to the Dark Mother to be burned with the black candle. You need to do this before you take your bath.



((Ritual Bath)): Take a ritual bath with ¼ Cup salt and some kind of special oil or herbs like sage. This Bath is ment to remove any negtavity from other people you been around and purify yourself. Light incense & the black candle and place it some where you can see it. If you fell angry, blow out the candle and hold the candle with both hands squeez all that hate and sadnessin that candle; dont break it.. release your negative...



Little bit Before 10 a.m. or just a bit after...ON Dark Moon



Bring the following with you: Spring water with salt, offering food and drink, offering to you, paper wiht black writing, black candle, spoon to dig a hole in the earth, lighter or matches, salt, and the white candle. Bring something that can mark your circle like four big stones that form an equal plus sign.



Go to a field and cast a cirlce of protection for yourself. ("I cast this circle of power to protect me in my darkest hour to encircle the towers threefold within the power in me I do hold.")



Find a stick and use it to draw a cirlce around the outside edge of the place you marked as your corlce edge. See a blue light come from teh end of the wand. Focus all your energy. Start in the east and walk three times counter clockwise. When finished, wave wand over the air in your circle; all above is sacred. Wave wand over ground; all below is sacred. This circle is now rightfully cast. Smack your hand on the ground 3 times. Say "So mote it be."



Spread salt in your circle to bless the area for the spirits, along wiht just a bit of spring water in each quarter.

Dig a hole in the earth. Read the paper to the goddesses and tell them what happend. Light the paper from the black candle and stick in the hole. Say "I burn the darkness and pain from my body." Pour spring water on the ashes and say "I cleans my body with love and light of the goddess with in me to help me heal." Then drink the rest of the water.



Ask them to empower the white candle with their love and healing, hold it to them.



Take a break and eat just a bit of something.



Last sprinkle just a bit of salt and water on food for the goddesses and say "As my thank you I do leave this offering in your names. Blessed be."



You may stay in the circle or take it down.

Finding a Spirit Guide

This "invisibility" spell takes practice and falls into the realms of meditation and mental magick. The Spell:



"Dragon fog and chameleon sight, I command the shrouded sea.
